Claims (2)
- 複数の芯線を絶縁被覆した電線の導体部分が超音波溶着されて電気的に接続される端子金具であって、前記電線の導体部分が超音波溶着される溶着部と、該溶着部の軸方向に連なって形成され、厚み方向に貫通穴が穿設される平板状の取付部とを備え、
前記貫通穴をその貫通方向から見たときの輪郭は、大径円と、該大径円よりも半径が小さい小径円と、これら2つの円とそれぞれ接する2本の接線とから形成され、前記小径円は、前記大径円よりも前記溶着部に近い方に位置してなる端子金具。 - 複数の芯線を絶縁被覆した電線の導体部分が超音波溶着されて電気的に接続される端子金具であって、前記電線の導体部分が超音波溶着される溶着部と、該溶着部の軸方向に連なって形成され、厚み方向に貫通穴が穿設される平板状の取付部とを備え、
前記取付部は、幅方向の両端面が互いに平行に形成されるストレート部を有し、
前記貫通穴をその貫通方向から見たときの輪郭は、大径円と、該大径円よりも半径が小さい第1の小径円及び第2の小径円と、前記第1の小径円及び前記大径円とそれぞれ接する2本の接線と、前記第2の小径円及び前記大径円とそれぞれ接する2本の接線とから形成され、前記第1の小径円は、前記大径円よりも前記溶着部に近い方に位置し、前記第2の小径円は、前記大径円よりも前記溶着部と遠い方に位置してなり、
前記大径円と前記第1の小径円は、前記ストレート部の前記軸方向の領域内に形成されるものである端子金具。
