Claims (7)
- 先行車両の走行状況を検出するセンサ部を備える車両用制御装置であって、
前記先行車両の走行状況に基づいて、前記先行車両が減速してから加速する再加速状況であるかを判定する再加速判定部と、
前記先行車両が再加速状況であると判定された場合に、エンジンの回転速度をアイドリング回転速度よりも高い下限値以上に保持する回転制御部と、
を有する、車両用制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記エンジンに接続される電動モータを有し、
前記回転制御部は、前記エンジンの回転速度を下限値以上に保持する際に、前記電動モータを駆動する、車両用制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記回転制御部は、前記エンジンの回転速度を下限値以上に保持する際に、前記エンジンに対する燃料供給を遮断する、車両用制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記回転制御部は、前記エンジンの回転速度を下限値以上に保持する際に、前記エンジンに燃料を供給する、車両用制御装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記回転制御部は、運転手によるブレーキ操作が行われた場合に、前記エンジンの回転速度を下限値以上に保持する下限保持制御を解除する、車両用制御装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記再加速判定部は、前記先行車両および自車両の走行状況に基づいて、前記先行車両が減速してから加速する再加速状況であるかを判定し、
前記再加速判定部は、前記先行車両と前記自車両との双方が減速している状態から前記先行車両が加速した場合に、前記先行車両が再加速状況であると判定する、車両用制御装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置において、
前記回転制御部は、前記先行車両が再加速状況であると判定された場合に、
前記エンジンの回転速度が前記下限値以上であるときには、前記エンジンの回転速度を前記下限値以上に保持し、
前記エンジンの回転速度が前記下限値未満であるときには、前記エンジンの回転速度を前記アイドリング回転速度以上に保持する、車両用制御装置。
