Claims (7)
- 2つの空気流間の熱伝達および湿気伝達を可能とし、積層方向(4)に沿って互いに積層され、かつ水蒸気は透過するが空気は透過しない膜(6)によって対にして分離された複数の空気循環網(2a、2b)を備える二重空気流交換器(1)において、
前記空気循環網(2a、2b)の少なくとも1つが、2側面が前記膜(6)の2つに接しているハニカム構造体から作製され、前記ハニカム構造体が、軸(12)が前記積層方向(4)に平行な円筒セル(10)を有し、前記円筒セル(10)を形成している面の少なくともいくつかが、通気が可能なように穿孔されており、
前記空気循環網(2a、2b)の少なくとも1つが、前記積層方向(4)に沿って隣接して連続する前記空気循環網(2a、2b)の少なくとも1つのセル軸(12)からずれたセル軸(12)を有することを特徴とする二重空気流交換器。 - 前記円筒セル(10)の断面が六角形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重空気流交換器。
- 前記二重空気流交換器の内部の空気循環が、並流、交差流、または対向流で行われるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二重空気流交換器。
- 前記膜(6)が、ポリマー材料、または紙から作製されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二重空気流交換器。
- 前記空気循環網(2a、2b)がそれぞれ、ハニカム構造体から作製されたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二重空気流交換器。
- 前記各ハニカム構造体が、金属製であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二重空気流交換器。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の二重空気流交換器(1)を備える空気処理および空気調節システム(100)。
