Description

上述した成分を下記表1に開示された含量比によって二軸押出機に投入し、サイドフィーダーに(C)成分を投入した後に、270℃で溶融及び混練し、ペレットを製造した。
引張強度:室温で5mm/secの速度を有するUTMを使用して、ASTM D638に準拠して測定した。
本発明の追加実験例において、各成分に対して含量及び物性を共に整理した表2で追加使用した略号は、それぞれ次のことを意味する。
(G)1は、ホスファゼン(Phosphazene)難燃剤、
(G)2は、金属塩系難燃剤として、ジフェニルスルホンスルホン酸カリウム(Potassium di−phenyl Sulfone sulfonate)、そして、
(G)3は、ハロゲン系難燃剤として、トリブロモフェニル−末端テトラブロモビスフェノールAカーボネートオリゴマ(Tribromophenyl−terminated tetrabromobisphenol−A carbonate oligomer)をそれぞれ使用した。
Claims (18)
- a)ポリカーボネート樹脂、b)リン化合物、c)ガラス繊維、d)エチレン含有アクリル系樹脂、ならびにe)コア−シェルタイプのアクリル系及びブタジエン系樹脂のうち1種以上の樹脂を含み、
前記a)ポリカーボネート樹脂は芳香族樹脂であり、前記b)リン化合物は芳香族化合物であり、前記d)エチレン含有アクリル系樹脂は、エチレンを20〜60重量%の範囲内で含むアクリル系樹脂であることを特徴とする、非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。 - 前記b)リン化合物は、ハロゲンで置換されず、かつ、炭素原子数が1〜8であるアルキル基、炭素原子数が6〜20であるアリール基、および炭素原子数が7〜12であるアラルキル基からなる群から選択される1以上を有する芳香族ホスフェートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記b)リン化合物は、トリメチルホスフェート、トリエチルホスフェート、トリブチルホスフェート、トリオクチルホスフェート、トリフェニルホスフェート、トリクレシルホスフェート、トリキシレニルホスフェート、ジフェニルクレシルホスフェート、ジフェニルオクチルホスフェート、ジフェニル−2−エチルクレシルホスフェート、及びトリ−(イソプロピルフェニル)−ホスフェートを含む群から選択された1以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記b)リン化合物は、トリフェニルホスフェート、トリクレシルホスフェート、及びジフェニルクレシルホスフェートの中から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記b)リン化合物は、前記組成物の総重量を基準に5〜20重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記d)エチレン含有アクリル系樹脂は、前記組成物の総重量を基準に0.5〜10重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記e)コア−シェルタイプのアクリル系またはブタジエン系樹脂は、コア−シェル構造を有する、シリコン−アクリル系樹脂、ブタジエン系樹脂、およびアクリル系ゴムからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記e)コア−シェルタイプのアクリル系またはブタジエン系樹脂は、前記組成物の総重量を基準に1〜10重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記a)ポリカーボネート樹脂は、二価フェノール化合物とホスゲンまたは炭酸ジエステルとの非ハロゲン芳香族重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記a)ポリカーボネート樹脂は、溶融指数(300℃、1.2kg)が3〜30g/10分以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記a)ポリカーボネート樹脂は、前記組成物の総重量を基準に30〜80重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記c)ガラス繊維は、長さが2〜5mmで、断面の縦横比(aspect ratio)が2〜10であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記c)ガラス繊維は、繭(cocoon)またはフラット(flat)タイプであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記c)ガラス繊維は、前記組成物の総重量を基準に10〜50重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、f)エラストマー樹脂をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記組成物は、滴下防止剤、着色剤、潤滑剤、紫外線安定剤、酸化防止剤、及びカップリング促進剤から選択された1種以上を、前記組成物の総100重量部を基準に0.01〜10重量部の範囲内で更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の非ハロゲン難燃性高剛性ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物で製造された成形品。
