される。ここで、以下の実施形態では、1台の柱上トランス31の二次側に複数の分散電源1が接続されている場合を想定する。また、図示例では、需要家10に設けたコントローラ20が広域網であるインターネット32を介して管理サーバ30と通信可能である構成を例示している。コントローラ20及び管理サーバ30の機能については後述する。
次に需要家宅に設置されたコントローラ20の動作について説明する。各需要家のコントローラ20では、通信部28がインターネット32を介して管理サーバ30との間で通信を行っており、管理サーバ30から係数αが送信されたか否かを所定のタイミングで判断する。通信部28が係数αを受信すると(S1のYes)、この係数αは全体動作制御部27から売電抑制制御部23に送られ、売電抑制制御部23がメモリ(図示せず)に記憶させる。次にコントローラ20では、通信部28が管理サーバ30からの解除信号を受信したか否かを判断する(S12)。
この電力制御装置において、閾値に対する発電量の比率を基本の売電単価に乗算して得た値を新たな売電単価として用いることも好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 需要家側に設置された発電装置の現在の発電量を取得する発電量取得部と、
前記発電装置で発電された電力のうち電力系統に逆潮流させた売電電力量を取得する売電量取得部と、
前記発電量取得部で取得された発電量に比例させて売電電力量の閾値を設定する閾値設定部と、
売電電力量が前記閾値以下となるように電力系統への逆潮流を抑制する売電抑制制御部とを備えたことを特徴とする電力制御装置。 - 前記売電抑制制御部によって逆潮流が抑制された場合に逆潮流の抑制分を蓄電する蓄電池と、
前記蓄電池の充放電を制御する充放電制御部とを備え、
前記発電装置による発電量から消費分を差し引いた余剰電力が前記閾値を超えていない場合、前記充放電制御部が前記蓄電池から放電させて負荷に給電することで、電力系統への逆潮流電力を増加させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力制御装置。 - 複数の需要家に対してそれぞれ設置される請求項1又は2に記載された電力制御装置と、
前記電力制御装置との間で通信を行うことによって逆潮流の抑制状態を監視及び制御する管理サーバとで構成され、
前記管理サーバは、何れかの需要家に対して設置された前記電力制御装置が逆潮流を抑制している場合に、逆潮流を抑制していない需要家の前記電力制御装置に対して前記閾値をより低い値に変化させるように指示する
ことを特徴とする電力制御システム。
