Description
Claims (10)
- 内燃エンジンの供給ガス流といわゆる冷却剤との間の熱交換器(28)に少なくとも対向して設置するのに適したカバー(1)であって、
前記熱交換器(28)は、バンドル(32)と、前記バンドル(32)内に前記冷却剤を分配するための領域(33)とを備えており、
当該カバー(1)は、前記冷却剤を分配するための領域(33)にて供給ガス流の循環を制限するのに適した突出部(2)を備えることを特徴とするカバー(1)。 - 前記突出部(2)がガス流偏向機能を有する請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 壁(3)によって結合されるガス流入口オリフィス(7)およびガス流出口オリフィス(9)を備え、
前記突出部(2)は、前記出口オリフィス(9)内へと延び、前記出口オリフィス(9)の面と平行な延長面を伴って形成される、請求項1または請求項2のいずれか一項に記載のカバー。 - 前記突出部(2)は、前記入口オリフィス(7)および前記出口オリフィス(9)の両方の範囲を定める請求項3に記載のカバー。
- 前記熱交換器(28)が収容される吸気ハウジング(26)と支持するのに適したドッキングエッジ(10)を備え、
前記突出部(2)は前記ドッキングエッジ(10)から延びる請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のカバー。 - 前記突出部(2)が前記ドッキングエッジ(10)の延長内で延びる請求項5に記載のカバー。
- 入口オリフィス形成開口(7)が設けられる金属プレート(14)を備え、前記突出部(2)が前記金属プレート(14)から得られる請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載のカバー。
- 当該カバーは、2つの長手方向端部を備え、
前記突出部(2)は、前記2つの長手方向端部のうちの一方のみに形成される請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のカバー。 - 内燃エンジン用の吸気ハウジング(26)であって、当該吸気ハウジング内で循環する供給ガス流と流体との間の熱交換器(28)を受けるのに適しており、
当該吸気ハウジング(26)は、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のカバー(1)を備える吸気ハウジング(26)。 - 請求項9に記載の吸気ハウジング(26)と、前記吸気ハウジング(26)内に設けられる熱交換器(28)とを備える内燃エンジン用の吸気モジュール(27)。
