Description
Claims (13)
- 複数のセルと、それぞれが隣り同士のセルを電気的に接続する複数のコネクタとを備えているバッテリパックと、
前記バッテリパックを収容するケースと、
前記ケースへと取り付けられたサンプリングユニットと
を備えており、
前記サンプリングユニットが、
前記ケースへと取り付けられたBICモジュールと、
前記ケースへと取り付けられた配線受けと、
信号サンプリング端子と、
前記配線受けに配置され、前記BICモジュールに電気的に接続された第1の端部、および前記信号サンプリング端子に電気的に接続された第2の端部を有している複数のサンプリング配線とを備え、
前記配線受けが、前記複数のサンプリング配線をそれぞれ配置するための複数のスロットと、前記サンプリング配線を引き出すための引き出し溝とを有し、
前記スロットおよび引き出し溝が、前記配線受けの内面および外面の各々にそれぞれ形成されているバッテリモジュール。 - 前記引き出し溝が、U字形の形状を有している請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記サンプリング配線が、接着剤によって前記配線受けへと固定され、前記引き出し溝を経由して引き出されている請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記信号サンプリング端子が、前記コネクタへと電気的に接続された電圧サンプリング端子および前記コネクタへと接続された温度サンプリング端子を含んでいる請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記サンプリング配線が、前記電圧サンプリング端子へと接続された電圧サンプリング配線と、前記温度サンプリング端子へと接続された温度サンプリング配線とを含んでいる請求項4に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記スロットが、前記配線受けの内面に形成された電圧サンプリング配線スロットと、前記配線受けの外面に形成された温度サンプリング配線スロットとを含んでおり、前記電圧サンプリング配線が、前記電圧サンプリング配線スロットへと固定され、前記温度サンプリング配線が、前記温度サンプリング配線スロットへと固定される請求項5に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 据え付けユニットが、前記ケースに配置され、前記配線受けが、前記据え付けユニットへと取り付けられる請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記据え付けユニットが、支持部および位置決め部を含んでおり、前記配線受けが、前記支持部に受け入れられ、前記位置決め部によって位置決めされる請求項7に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記配線受けが、前記据え付けユニットに貼り付けられる請求項7に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記BICモジュールが、ハウジングと、該ハウジング内に配置され、前記サンプリング配線に電気的に接続された回路基板とを備えている請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記BICモジュールを固定するための固定部が前記ケースに配置されている請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 複数のねじ穴が、前記固定部に形成されており、該固定部が、ねじによって前記ケースに取り付けられている請求項11に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記BICモジュールが、前記固定部に配置されたはめ込み構造によって前記固定部に固定される請求項11に記載のバッテリモジュール。
