Claims (10)
- 薄膜トランジスタ及び画素電極をそれぞれ具備する複数の画素が形成された第1基板と、
前記第1基板に対向して位置し、前記画素電極に対応して第1方向に配列される複数の共通電極が内側に形成された第2基板と、
前記第2基板の外側に形成され、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に配列される複数の検出電極と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に形成された液晶層と、
前記共通電極に順次に駆動信号を供給し、各共通電極に供給される駆動信号と反対の位相を有する補償信号を前記共通電極に供給する共通電極駆動部と、を備え、
前記共通電極駆動部は、
所定の画像を表示する第1フレーム期間には前記共通電極に同じ共通電圧を供給し、タッチ認識を行う第2フレーム期間には前記共通電極に前記駆動信号及び補償信号を供給し、
前記共通電圧は、前記駆動信号と前記補償信号との間の所定期間にも供給されることを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1フレーム期間と前記第2フレーム期間とは、交互に動作することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記補償信号は、
前記駆動信号と位相が反対であり、大きさが同じ電圧であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記共通電極駆動部は、
前記補償信号を、前記駆動信号の供給前または供給後に前記共通電極に供給することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記共通電極駆動部は、
現在の共通電極に供給される駆動信号及び補償信号が、前の共通電極に供給される駆動信号及び補償信号に重畳しないように、前記駆動信号と前記補償信号を順次に前記共通電極に供給することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記薄膜トランジスタは、
第1電極が前記第1基板に配列されたデータ配線に接続され、ゲート電極が前記第1基板に配列されたゲート配線に接続され、第2電極が前記画素電極に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1基板及び第2基板の外側面にそれぞれ取り付けられる第1偏光板及び第2偏光板と、
前記第2偏光板の外側面に取り付けられるウィンドウと、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記検出電極は、
前記第2基板と前記ウィンドウとの間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1基板の下部に位置し、光を提供するバックライトをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記駆動信号は、
前記共通電圧より高い電圧であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
