Claims (10)
- 基本的なガラス体を提供し、かつ該基本的なガラス体を熱処理してガラス基質に埋め込まれる結晶相を形成する工程を含むガラスセラミック体の調製方法であって、
該基本的なガラス体は組成物の総質量に基づき、65乃至72wt%のSiO2、少な
くとも10.1wt%のLi2O及び少なくとも10.1wt%のAl2O3を含む組成物
から作られており、Li2OとAl2O3との比率は1:1乃至1.5:1であり、そして
該熱処理は核形成段階、続いて第一の温度範囲での第一の結晶段階及び第一の温度範囲とは異なる第二の温度範囲での第二の結晶段階を含み、それによって少なくとも2つの異なる結晶相が形成されるところの、方法。 - 前記ガラス体の第一の領域(region)は前記第一の結晶段階に付され、かつ第一の領域(region)とは異なるガラス体の第二の領域(region)は第二の結晶段階に付され、それによって第一の結晶相の割合は第二の領域(region)より第一の領域(region)で高く、そして第二の結晶相の割合は第一の領域(region)より第二の領域(region)で高い、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック体の調製方法。
- 前記領域(region)はレーザー照射、電磁波照射及び/又はサセプタを用いて各温度範囲に加熱される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の温度範囲が620乃至820℃であり、かつ前記第二の温度範囲が825℃乃至1000℃である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 組成物の総質量に基づき、65乃至72wt%のSiO2、少なくとも10.1wt%
のLi2O及び少なくとも10.1wt%のAl2O3を含み、Li2OとAl2O3との比率は1:1乃至1.5:1であるガラス組成物であって、
前記ガラス組成物は、組成物の総質量に基づき、0乃至2wt%のK 2 O、1乃至4w
t%のNa 2 O、0乃至1.5wt%のCaO、0乃至1.0wt%のMgO、0乃至1
.5wt%のB 2 O 3 、0乃至1.5wt%のCeO 2 、1乃至5wt%のP 2 O 5 、0乃至
3wt%のCaF 2 、0乃至2.0wt%のAlF 3 、0乃至1.0wt%のAg、0乃至5wt%のZrO 2 及び0乃至4wt%のTiO 2 を更に含む、組成物。 - Li2Oを多くても15wt%及び/又はAl2O3を多くても15wt%含む、請求項
5に記載のガラス組成物。 - a)Li2Si2O5の第一の結晶相、並びに
b)LiAlSi2O6、LiAlSiO4、LiAlSi3O8及びLiAlSi4O10からなる群から選ばれる第二の結晶相
を含むガラスセラミック体であり、
前記ガラスセラミック体は第一の領域(region)と第一の領域(region)とは異なる第二の領域(region)を含み、第一の領域(region)では第一の結晶相の割合は第二の領域(region)より高く、そして第二の領域(region)では第二の結晶相の割合は第一の領域(region)より高いところの、ガラスセラミック体。 - 前記第一の結晶相と前記第二の結晶相は領域(region)ごとに徐々に変化する、請求項7に記載のガラスセラミック体。
- エナメル部分(area)に配置された第一の領域(region)と象牙質部分(area)に配置された第二の領域(region)付の、天然歯の各部分(area)に相当するエナメル部分(area)と象牙質部分(area)とを有する歯科修復物状のガラスセラミック体である、請求項7又は請求項8に記載のガラスセラミック体。
- 歯科修復物のための、請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミック体の使用。
