Claims (3)
- 希塩酸タンクと、該希塩酸タンクから送水管を介して希塩酸ポンプにより希塩酸が供給され塩素ガスを発生する陰陽両極間に隔膜が存在しない電解槽と、該電解槽で発生した水素ガスを外部に排出する排出口を有する、水が貯留されている貯留タンクと、該貯留タンク内から水を流入循環して該貯留タンク内に戻す循環管路と、前記電解槽と前記循環管路間を連結し塩素ガスを前記循環管路中の水に混入して次亜塩素酸水を生成する混入管路とからなり、前記循環管路は、次亜塩素酸水の循環を繰り返しながら塩素ガスが混入されて徐々に濃度を高め所望の濃度の次亜塩素酸水を生成する管路に形成されていると共に、前記貯留タンクは、前記電解槽で発生した水素ガスを前記排出口から外部に排出すると共に、所望の濃度の次亜塩素酸水を貯留するタンクに形成されている次亜塩素酸水の製造装置。
- 前記貯留タンクが複数有し、前記循環管路の流入管部を複数の流入分岐管部に分岐すると共に前記循環管路の流出管部を複数の流出分岐管部に分岐し、前記各貯留タンク内に各流入分岐管部と各流出分岐管部を接続し、前記流入管部と前記流出管部の分岐部に切換弁を介在した請求項1に記載の次亜塩素酸水の製造装置。
- 請求項1に記載の次亜塩素酸水の製造装置において、前記希塩酸ポンプにより供給される希塩酸を中間に隔膜が存在しない陰陽両極の電解槽で、連続的に電解処理して塩素ガスを発生し、所望量の水が貯留されている貯留タンク内から水を流入循環して該貯留タンク内に戻す循環管路中を循環する水に前記塩素ガスを混入して次亜塩素酸水を生成して前記貯留タンク内の次亜塩素酸水の濃度を徐々に高め、前記貯留タンクの容量、前記循環管路内の循環液量或いは循環時間、又は前記電解槽での塩素ガスの発生量を種々に調整することにより、少量から大量の任意の濃度の次亜塩素酸水を生成すると共に、前記電解槽で発生した水素ガスを前記排出口から外部に排出する次亜塩素酸水の製造方法。
