上記実施例1、2、参考例1〜3の条件で、使用済み炉内砂の付着物を溶出させ、濾過工程、洗浄工程を経て、使用済み炉内砂を再生し、再生砂を得た。
Claims (2)
- 流動層炉の使用済み炉内砂と薬剤の水溶液とを接触させることにより、該使用済み炉内砂の付着物を溶出させる第1溶出工程と、前記第1溶出工程で得られた処理液を濾過し、固液分離する第1濾過工程と、を含む流動層炉の使用済み炉内砂再生方法であって、
再生されるべき前記使用済み炉内砂の付着物の成分中に少なくともリン及び鉄が含まれており、
前記第1溶出工程は、前記薬剤として濃度が10重量%以上の塩酸を用い、該薬剤を、40〜80℃で24時間以上、使用済み炉内砂と接触させることを特徴とする、流動層炉の使用済み炉内砂再生方法。 - 流動層炉の使用済み炉内砂と薬剤の水溶液とを接触させることにより、該使用済み炉内砂の付着物を溶出させる第1溶出工程と、前記第1溶出工程で得られた処理液を濾過し、固液分離する第1濾過工程と、を含む流動層炉の使用済み炉内砂再生方法であって、
再生されるべき前記使用済み炉内砂の付着物の成分中に少なくともリン及び鉄が含まれており、
前記第1溶出工程は、前記薬剤として濃度が30重量%以上の硫酸を用い、該薬剤を、50〜90℃で24時間以上、使用済み炉内砂と接触させることを特徴とする、流動層炉の使用済み炉内砂再生方法。
