Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1における車両の発電装置を搭載した内燃機関の概略構成図である。図1において、内燃機関101はドライブベルトDBを介して発電機102を駆動し、発電制御装置103は発電電圧調整装置104の調整電圧を操作することにより発電機102の発電電力を制御する。発電制御装置103は内燃機関制御装置(図示省略)の発電制御部分を抜き出して示したものである。
また、安価なシステムとしてこれらの電流センサを備えない場合は、発電機102がオルタネータであれば、発電電流算出手段112にて、オルタネータ制御におけるオルタネータ回転数とFRデューティー出力から発電電流を、記憶手段Mに予め格納したマップ(例えば回転数とFRデューティー出力と発電電流の関係を示すマップ)に従ってマップ算出してもよい。
または、電流センサ107を備えない場合は発電電流算出手段112の内部にバッテリ105の特性を模擬した演算モデル(例えばプログラムで構成)を備えることで、バッテリの充電電流を推定してもよい。
また、電流センサ108を備えない場合は作動中の電気負荷106の定格消費電力から車両の電気負荷電流を算出してもよい。
上述のバッテリの内部抵抗値はバッテリ状態算出部130の内部抵抗値算出手段133で演算して求められる。
前述の実施の形態1における車両の発電装置では、バッテリのSOCが前回アイドルストップ開始SOCに達すれば燃焼発電を中断するが、実施の形態2における車両の発電装置では、アイドルストップ後のバッテリの充電電力量が同期間のバッテリの放電電力量を超えれば、燃焼発電を中断する。即ち、アイドルストップ後の車両の電力消費量を回生発電および燃焼発電により回収した時点で燃焼発電を中断する。
なお、充電電力量、放電電力量、およびこれらの差分はバッテリ状態算出部130の充放電量算出手段132で演算して求められる。
前述の実施の形態2における車両の発電装置では、アイドルストップ後のバッテリの充電電力量が同期間の放電電力量を超えれば(または同量に達すれば)燃焼発電を中断するが、実施の形態3における車両の発電装置では、アイドルストップ後のバッテリの充電電力量がアイドルストップ後再始動までのバッテリの放電電力量を超えれば(または同量に達すれば)、燃焼発電を中断する。即ち、アイドルストップ実行中にバッテリから持ち出された電力量を回生発電および燃焼発電により回収した時点で燃焼発電を中断する。
なお、充電電力量、放電電力量、およびこれらの差分はバッテリ状態算出部130の充放電量算出手段132で演算して求められる。

- 所定の車速以下でアイドルストップを行う車両において、
内燃機関により駆動されて発電を行う発電機と、
前記発電機の発電電力により充電されるバッテリと、
前記内燃機関の発電に消費される燃料量を低減するように発電制御を行う発電制御装置と、

前記バッテリ状態算出部で求めた充放電状態に従ってアイドルストップ後の充電により前記バッテリの充電状態がアイドルストップ前の充電状態まで回復した時に、前記内燃機関が燃料消費を伴う発電を中断する発電制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする車両の発電装置。 - 前記バッテリの状態を検出するバッテリ状態検出手段を備え、
前記バッテリ状態算出部が、前記バッテリ状態検出手段で検出された状態から前記バッテリの充電率を算出し、
前記発電制御部が、アイドルストップ後の充電により前記バッテリの充電率がアイドルストップ開始時点の前記バッテリの充電率に達するまたは超えれば前記バッテリの充電状態の回復と判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の発電装置。 - 前記バッテリの充放電電流を検出する電流検出手段を備え、
前記バッテリ状態算出部が、前記バッテリの充放電電流からアイドルストップ後の前記バッテリの放電量と充電量を算出し、
前記発電制御部が、アイドルストップ後の充電により前記バッテリの充電量が前記バッテリの放電量と同量に達すればまたは超えれば前記バッテリの充電状態の回復を判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の発電装置。 - 前記バッテリの充放電電流を検出する電流検出手段を備え、
前記バッテリ状態算出部が、前記バッテリの充放電電流からアイドルストップ後の前記バッテリの充電量と放電量の差分を算出し、
前記発電制御部が、アイドルストップ後の充電により前記差分が所定量以下になれば前記バッテリの充電状態の回復を判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の発電装置。 - 前記バッテリの充放電電流を検出する電流検出手段を備え、
前記バッテリ状態算出部が、前記バッテリの充放電電流からアイドルストップ後再始動までの前記バッテリの放電量とアイドルストップ後の前記バッテリの充電量を算出し、
前記発電制御部が、アイドルストップ後の充電により前記バッテリの充電量が前記バッテリの放電量と同量に達すればまたは超えれば前記バッテリの充電状態の回復を判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の発電装置。 - 前記バッテリの充放電電流を検出する電流検出手段を備え、
前記バッテリ状態算出部が、前記バッテリの充放電電流からアイドルストップ後再始動までの前記バッテリの放電量とアイドルストップ後の前記バッテリの充電量の差分を算出し、
前記発電制御部が、アイドルストップ後の充電により前記差分が所定量以下になれば前記バッテリの充電状態の回復を判定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の発電装置。 - 前記バッテリ状態算出部が、前記バッテリの充電率を算出し、
前記発電制御部が、前記バッテリの充電率が所定の上限値を超えれば前記内燃機関が燃料消費を伴う発電を中断する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の車両の発電装置。 - 前記バッテリ状態算出部が、前記バッテリの充電率を算出し、
前記発電制御部が、前記バッテリの充電率が所定の下限値より下がれば前記内燃機関が燃料消費を伴う発電を中断しない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の車両の発電装置。 - 前記バッテリ状態算出部が、前記バッテリの内部抵抗値を算出し、
前記発電制御部が、前記バッテリの内部抵抗値が所定範囲外にあれば前記内燃機関が燃料消費を伴う発電を中断しない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の車両の発電装置。 - 内燃機関により駆動されて発電を行う発電機と、前記発電機の発電電力により充電されるバッテリとを備え、所定の車速以下でアイドルストップを行う車両において、前記内燃機関の発電に消費される燃料量を低減するように発電制御を行う車両の発電制御において、前記バッテリの充放電状態を検出し、検出された充放電状態に従ってアイドルストップ後の充電により前記バッテリの充電状態がアイドルストップ前の充電状態まで回復した時に前記内燃機関が燃料消費を伴う発電を中断することを特徴とする車両の発電制御方法。
