Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1つのポリエステル樹脂と可塑剤とを接触させ、予備混合した混合物を作成することと;
前記予備混合した混合物を中和剤で中和することと;
前記予備混合した混合物と界面活性剤とを接触させることと;
押出機中で、前記予備混合した混合物を溶融混合することと;
押出機中で、前記溶融混合した混合物を複数間隔に分けて脱イオン水と接触させ、ラテックス粒子を含む水中油エマルションを作成することと;
前記ラテックス粒子を連続的に回収することとを含む、プロセス。 - 少なくとも1つのポリエステル樹脂と可塑剤とを、前記少なくとも1つのポリエステル樹脂の5重量%〜100重量%の量で存在する、アルコール、ケトン、アミド、ニトリル、エーテル、スルホン、スルホキシド、ホスホラミド、エステル、ベンゼン、アミンからなる群から選択される前記可塑剤を含む押出機の第1セクションで接触させ、樹脂混合物を作成することと;
前記押出機の第2セクションで、水酸化アンモニウム、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、水酸化リチウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素カリウム、有機アミン、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される固体中和剤を用いて前記樹脂混合物を中和することと;
前記押出機中で、前記樹脂混合物と界面活性剤とを接触させることと;
前記押出機中で、前記樹脂混合物を溶融混合することと;
前記押出機中で、前記溶融混合した混合物を複数間隔に分けて脱イオン水と接触させ、ラテックス粒子を含む水中油エマルションを作成することと;
前記ラテックス粒子を前記押出機から連続的に回収することとを含む、プロセス。 - 押出機中で、少なくとも1つのポリエステル樹脂と、前記ポリエステル樹脂の5重量%〜100重量%の量で存在する、アルコール、ケトン、アミド、ニトリル、エーテル、スルホン、スルホキシド、ホスホラミド、エステル、ベンゼン、アミンからなる群から選択される可塑剤とを接触させ、樹脂混合物を作成することと;
前記押出機中で、前記樹脂混合物を中和剤で中和することと;
前記押出機中で、前記樹脂混合物と界面活性剤とを接触させることと;
前記押出機中で、前記樹脂混合物を溶融混合することと;
前記押出機中で、前記溶融混合した混合物を複数間隔に分けて脱イオン水と接触させ、ラテックス粒子を含む水中油エマルションを作成することと;
前記ラテックス粒子を前記押出機から連続的に回収することとを含む、プロセス。 - 前記ポリエステル樹脂が、アモルファス樹脂、結晶性樹脂、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
