Claims (5)
- 内輪と、該内輪の外周側に設けられ該内輪との間に環状のころ収容空間を形成する外輪と、前記内輪および外輪の軸線(O−O)に直交すると共に径方向に延びるころ中心軸線(X−X)を中心として転動可能に前記ころ収容空間に配置され前記内輪と外輪とを相対回転可能に支持する複数のころと、該各ころを転動可能に保持するため前記ころ収容空間に設けられた保持器とを備え、
前記保持器は、前記ころ収容空間の全周にわたって該ころ収容空間内に分割して配置される複数の保持器分割体により構成し、
該各保持器分割体は、前記中心軸線(X−X)を挟んで凸状仕切り部と凹状仕切り部とを有し、かつ、前記各保持器分割体を前記ころ収容空間内に環状に列設した状態で、前記凸状仕切り部と凹状仕切り部とが当接するスラストころ軸受において、
前記各保持器分割体は、前記外輪の内周面と対向する外壁面に前記外輪の内周面側に向けて突出する2個の突起部を前記外輪の周方向に離間して設け、
前記各保持器分割体が前記外輪の内周面に向けて変位したときに、前記各突起部の頂部が前記外輪の内周面に接触する構成としたことを特徴とするスラストころ軸受。 - 前記各突起部の頂部が前記外輪の内周面に接触したときに、該外輪の内周面と前記各突起部との接触点(S)を結ぶ仮想線(Y−Y)は、前記ころ中心軸線(X−X)と直交する構成としてなる請求項1に記載のスラストころ軸受。
- 前記各突起部のうち一方の突起部と前記ころ中心軸線(X−X)との離間寸法を(A)とし、前記各突起部のうち他方の突起部と前記ころ中心軸線(X−X)との離間寸法を(B)とし、前記一方の突起部の高さ寸法を(C)とし、前記他方の突起部の高さ寸法を(D)とした場合に、A=B、C=Dに設定してなる請求項1または2に記載のスラストころ軸受。
- 前記ころの半径を(R)とした場合に、0.6R≦A=B≦Rに設定してなる請求項3に記載のスラストころ軸受。
- 内輪と、該内輪の外周側に設けられ該内輪との間に環状のころ収容空間を形成する外輪と、前記内輪および外輪の軸線(O−O)に直交すると共に径方向に延びるころ中心軸線(X−X)を中心として転動可能に前記ころ収容空間に配置され前記内輪と外輪とを相対回転可能に支持する複数のころと、該各ころを転動可能に保持するため前記ころ収容空間に設けられた保持器とを備えてなるスラストころ軸受において、
前記保持器は、前記ころ収容空間の全周にわたって該ころ収容空間内に分割して配置される複数の保持器分割体により構成し、
該各保持器分割体は、前記外輪の内周面と対向する外壁面に前記外輪の内周面側に向けて突出する1個の突起部を前記ころ中心軸線(X−X)から前記外輪の周方向に離間して設け、
前記各保持器が前記外輪の内周面に向けて変位したときに、前記外壁面のうち前記ころ中心軸線(X−X)を挟んで前記突起部とは反対側の端縁部と前記突起部の頂部とが前記外輪の内周面に接触する構成とし、
前記突起部の頂部と前記外壁面の端縁部とが前記外輪の内周面に接触したときに、前記ころ中心軸線(X−X)と前記外輪の内周面との交点(K)における該内周面との接線(Z−Z)は、前記ころ中心軸線(X−X)と直交する構成としたことを特徴とするスラストころ軸受。
