Description
図1は、本発明が適用されたハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置10の概略構成を説明する骨子図で、FR(フロントエンジン・リヤドライブ)用の例である。動力伝達装置10は、エンジン(ENG)14側から順番に、ダンパ装置16、モータジェネレータMG、トルクコンバータ18、変速機(TM)20を同軸上に備えており、その変速機20からプロペラシャフト22、差動歯車装置24を介して左右の駆動輪26に駆動力が伝達される。ダンパ装置16はエンジン14のクランク軸15に連結されているとともに、そのダンパ装置16とモータジェネレータMGとの間には、動力伝達を接続、遮断する断接装置としてK0クラッチ28が設けられており、エンジン12を動力伝達経路から切り離すことができるようになっている。K0クラッチ28は、油圧によって摩擦係合させられる湿式多板クラッチで、第1連結軸30を介してダンパ装置16に連結されているとともに、モータジェネレータMGのロータに一体的に配設された支持プレート31等により形成される空間内に収容されてオイルにより潤滑冷却される。モータジェネレータMGは電動機および発電機として選択的に使用できるもので、本実施例ではこのモータジェネレータMGおよびエンジン12が走行用の駆動力源として用いられ、モータジェネレータMGは第2連結軸32を介してトルクコンバータ18に連結されている。モータジェネレータMGは電動機に相当する。
Claims (4)
- 変速機を介して駆動輪に連結された電動機と、該電動機にクラッチを介して連結されたエンジンと、を有するハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記変速機を収容している第1ケースに配設され、該変速機にオイルを供給する第1オイルポンプと、
前記電動機および前記クラッチを収容している第2ケースに配設され、該電動機および該クラッチにオイルを供給する第2オイルポンプとを有し、
前記第1オイルポンプが設けられる第1油圧回路と、前記第2オイルポンプが設けられる第2油圧回路とが互いに独立に構成されており、該第1油圧回路の油路を切り換える第1バルブボデーおよび第1オイルパンは前記第1ケースに配設され、該第2油圧回路の油路を切り換える第2バルブボデーおよび第2オイルパンは前記第2ケースに配設されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第2オイルポンプは、前記電動機と動力伝達可能に連結されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第2オイルポンプは、前記電動機の軸方向において少なくとも一部が該電動機とラップする位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記電動機と前記変速機との間にトルクコンバータが設けられており、
前記第2オイルポンプは、前記トルクコンバータの軸方向において少なくとも一部が該トルクコンバータとラップする位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
