Description
2.5〜4.0重量%のPPP;
65重量%を超えるPOP;及び
3重量%未満のPOO
(P=パルミチン酸及びO=オレイン酸)
を有する。
アセトン加熱器1(必要に応じて、その温度は上下に調整される)にアセトンを通過させる。POfIV55(55のヨウ素価を有するパームオレイン)を管2に沿って送達し、3においてライン内のより冷たいアセトンと混合する。
乾燥分別によりPOfIV55を得た。POfIV55を乾燥分別晶析装置内で部分的に結晶化したところ、混合物は(結晶として)18〜19重量%の固体を含んでいた。乾燥分別晶析装置内で10重量%以下のPOfIV65をPOfIV55と混合した。
かきとり面形晶析装置内で混合物を6℃に冷却するという変更を加えて、実施例1を繰り返した。結果を表2に示す。
使用された溶媒が0.74重量%の水分を含むアセトンであるという変更を加えて、実施例2を繰り返した。結果を表3に示す。
シアステアリンと混ぜられた実施例2のパーム油中間留分でココアバター代用脂(CBE)混合物を形成した。両方の混合物(60/40並びに55/45のパーム油中間留分/シアステアリン)は良好な結果を示した。
Claims (17)
- (i)溶媒の不存在下でパーム油又はその留分を部分的に結晶化する工程;(ii)部分的に結晶化されたパーム油又は留分を溶媒と混合する工程;(iii)得られた混合物をより結晶化度を高めて結晶化する工程;及び(iv)分離機中で、得られた固体を液体から分離する工程を含むパーム油製品の製造方法であって、工程(ii)の前に液体から固体を分離することなく、工程(i)で形成される部分的に結晶化されたパーム油又はその留分が、工程(ii)において溶媒と直接混合され、かつ溶媒がアセトン及び水を含み、前記水は溶媒の少なくとも0.3重量%の量で存在する、方法。
- 工程(i)で形成される部分的に結晶化されたパーム油又はその留分が、5〜25%の結晶性固体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)において溶媒と混合する直前の部分的に結晶化されたパーム油又はその留分の温度が、10〜25℃である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)において、部分的に結晶化されたパーム油又はその留分と混合する直前の溶媒の温度が5〜17℃であり、前記溶媒の温度は、部分的に結晶化されたパーム油又はその留分の温度より低い、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 混合直後の溶媒及び部分的に結晶化されたパーム油又はその留分の混合物の温度が、8〜20℃である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)及び(iii)が別々の管内で行われる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)の混合がライン内で行なわれる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iii)が晶析装置内で行われる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(i)が、2つの分離タンク内で行なわれる2段階プロセスである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 分離後に固体として得られるパーム油製品が、次のトリグリセリド含有物:
2.5〜4.0重量%のPPP;
65重量%を超えるPOP;及び
3重量%未満のPOO
を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - パーム油又はその留分がパーム油オレインである、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- パーム油オレインが乾燥分別により得られる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- パーム油オレインが35〜65のヨウ素価を有する、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)における溶媒:パーム油又はその留分の重量比が、1.5:1〜1:1.5の範囲である、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- パーム油又はその留分:溶媒の比が、0.8:1〜1.1:1である、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 溶媒が回収されて再利用される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- シア油の分別と平行して行なわれる、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
