Description
MO3S−S−X−S−SO3M
を有する0.1phrから10phrまでの間のポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤(anti−reversion agent)をさらに含み、式中、Xは、アルキレンラジカル、若しくは2つ又はそれ以上のアルキレン単位を含有するラジカルであり、該単位の対は、酸素原子又は硫黄原子を通じて、−SO2−基、−NH−基、−NH2 +−基、−N(C1~16アルキル)−基、又は−COO−基を通じて、若しくはアリーレン又はシクロアルキレン・ラジカルを通じて連結されており、Mは金属である。

式中、Xは、アルキレンラジカル、若しくは2つ又はそれ以上のアルキレン単位を含有するラジカルであり、該単位の対は、酸素原子又は硫黄原子を通じて、−SO2−基、−NH−基、−NH2 +−基、−N(C1~16アルキル)−基、又は−COO−基を通じて、若しくはアリーレン又はシクロアルキレン・ラジカルを通じて連結されており、Mは金属である。

ここで、W0は、供給されたエネルギーであり、W1は、回復されたエネルギーである。

この実施例は、ポリテルペン樹脂を使用する航空機タイヤ・トレッドに有用なゴム調製物の改善された物理的特性を実証する。
この実施例は、ポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤を使用するゴム調製物及びポリリモネン樹脂とポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤との両方を使用するゴム調製物の物理的特性の変化を実証する。表2に示された調製物は、調製物W3及びF4を工場規模のミキサの中で調製したこと以外は、実施例1で調製した方法と同じ方法で調製した。加えて、ゴム調製物に対するオーバーキュアの影響を判定するために、サンプルのうちの幾つかを、それらの硬化時間を約120分に延ばすことによってオーバーキュアした。
この実施例は、ポリリモネン樹脂とポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤との両方を有するゴム組成物で製造された航空機タイヤ・トレッドによって提供されるシェブロンカット及び摩耗への改善された耐性を実証する。
Claims (15)
- 架橋可能なゴム組成物に基づく材料から形成された航空機タイヤ・トレッドであって、前記架橋可能なゴム組成物が、ゴム100重量部に対して、
40phrから100phrまでの間のポリイソプレンゴムと、
0phrから60phrまでの間の不飽和度の高いジエンゴムと、
50℃から120℃までの間のガラス転移温度を有する1phrから25phrまでの間のポリテルペン樹脂と、
式、すなわち、
MO3S−S−X−S−SO3M
を有する0.1phrから10phrまでの間のポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤と、
を含有し、前記式中、Xは、アルキレンラジカル、若しくは2つ又はそれ以上のアルキレン単位を含有するラジカルであり、前記単位の対は、酸素原子又は硫黄原子を通じて、−SO2−基、−NH−基、−NH2 +−基、−N(C1〜16アルキル)−基、又は−COO−基を通じて、若しくはアリーレン又はシクロアルキレン・ラジカルを通じて連結されており、Mは金属である、
航空機タイヤ・トレッド。 - 前記ポリイソプレンゴムが天然ゴムである、請求項1に記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記航空機トレッドが100phrの天然ゴムを含有する、請求項2に記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記不飽和度の高いジエンゴムがポリブタジエンゴムである、請求項1に記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記不飽和度の高いジエンゴムが、ポリブタジエンゴム、スチレン−ブタジエンゴム、又はこれらの組合せから選択される、請求項1に記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ポリテルペン樹脂の数平均分子量が400から2000g/molまでの間である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記Mが、アルカリ金属、マグネシウム、カルシウム、バリウム、亜鉛、コバルト、又はニッケルである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤が結晶水を含む、請求項7に記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記Xが、ペンタメチレン、ヘキサメチレン、ヘプタメチレン、オクタメチレン、ノナメチレン、デカメチレン、ドデカメチレン、又はヘキサデカメチレンのラジカルであり、前記Mが、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、バリウム、亜鉛、コバルト、又はニッケルである、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤が、ヘキサメチレン1,6−ビス(チオスルファート)二ナトリウム塩二水和物である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤が0.1phrから7phrまでの間の量である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤が1phrから6phrまでの間の量である、請求項11に記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ポリ−チオ硫酸塩加硫戻り防止剤が1phrから3phrまでの間の量である、請求項12に記載の航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ポリテルペン樹脂が1phrから15phrまでの間である、請求項1〜13のいずれかの航空機タイヤ・トレッド。
- 架橋可能なゴム組成物に基づく材料から形成された大型車両タイヤ・トレッドであって、前記架橋可能なゴム組成物が、ゴム100重量部に対して、
40phrから100phrまでの間のポリイソプレンゴムと、
0phrから60phrまでの間の不飽和度の高いジエンゴムと、
50℃から120℃までの間のガラス転移温度を有する1phrから25phrまでの間のポリテルペン樹脂と、
