Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1つの直線に沿って移動する対象物の移動量や位置などを検出するセンサ装置であって、
絶縁基板の一方の表面に印刷形成された一対の検出コイルと、非磁性体材料からなり、対象物と連動して直線軌道上を変位し且つ前記一対の検出コイルと各別に対向する一対の検出体と、両端に前記一対の検出体が設けられたスライダ本体を有するスライダブロックと、前記一対の検出コイル並びに前記スライダブロック、前記一対の検出体を内部に収納し且つ前記一対の検出体の直線軌道と前記一対の検出コイルが絶縁基板の厚み方向に沿って対向するように絶縁基板を支持し、且つ前記スライダブロックを移動自在に収納するケースとを備えたことを特徴とするセンサ装置。 - 表面に検出コイルが印刷形成された2枚の前記絶縁基板が、検出体の直線軌道を挟んでそれぞれの表面に形成されている検出コイルが互いに対向するように前記ケースに支持されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ装置。
- 平面上を移動する対象物の動きを互いに直交する2本の直線に沿った動きに変換する変換手段と、変換手段によって変換された2本の直線軌道上をそれぞれ変位する一対の前記検出体と、絶縁基板の表面にそれぞれ印刷形成されて各検出体の直線軌道と個別に対向する一対の前記検出コイルとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記ケースは、ケース内における絶縁基板の位置を規制する規制手段が一体に形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
- 合成樹脂成形体からなる前記ケースに非磁性体材料製の磁気シールド体が同時成形によって一体に形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
