Claims (10)
- 自動車用燃料タンクの充填容器の外側まで少なくとも部分的に延長される少なくとも1つの充填パイプと、給油通気装置から燃料蒸気フィルターまでの少なくとも1つの給油通気路と、前記燃料蒸気フィルターへの少なくとも1つの作動通気路を有する当該自動車用燃料タンクであって、
少なくとも1つの作動通気ラインを有し、
前記作動通気ラインは、当該タンクの設計からの要請により前記充填パイプの最大可能液面の下で前記充填パイプに取り付けられ、
切り替え弁を更に備え、当該切り替え弁を介して給油通気ラインが燃料蒸気フィルターに案内され、分配ノズルが前記充填パイプに挿入されているとき、前記切り替え弁は前記給油通気ラインから燃料蒸気フィルターまでの通路を開かせ、前記分配ノズルが充填パイプの外に移動すると、切り替え弁は給油通気ラインから燃料蒸気フィルターまでの通路を阻止し、充填パイプから燃料蒸気フィルターへの通路を開くこと
を特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。 - 請求項1記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、前記作動通気ラインは、当該燃料タンクの最大可能液面上20cmまでと最大可能液面より下との間の領域で、前記充填パイプに取り付けられることを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
- 請求項1若しくは請求項2記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、前記作動通気ラインは、前記充填容器の外側で前記充填パイプに取り付けられることを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、前記充填パイプはフロア面で燃料が当該燃料タンクに流入するように取り付けられることを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、前記作動通気ラインは、当該燃料タンクに臨む端部の領域で前記充填パイプに取り付けられることを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
- 請求項1記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、前記作動通気ラインは、当該燃料タンクの内側で前記充填パイプに取り付けられることを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
- 請求項6記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、前記作動通気ラインは、当該燃料タンクの設置位置に関して前記最大可能液面の上で前記充填容器内に放出させる少なくとも1つの作動通気コネクターを有し、当該燃料タンクの通常位置において前記作動通気コネクターは非圧状態で当該タンクの前記充填容器に開口されることを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
- 請求項6若しくは請求項7記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、前記作動通気ラインは、前記充填パイプの出口端部に取り付けられることを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
- 請求項7又は請求項8のいずれかに記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、前記作動通気コネクターは、前記充填容器に向かって開いたライン端部を構成することを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
- 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の自動車用燃料タンクであって、当該タンク内の充填パイプには、閉じ込み装置、逆止弁が配され、前記作動通気ラインは当該タンクに流入する燃料の流れ方向で前記閉じ込み装置の上流で前記充填パイプに取り付けられることを特徴とする自動車用燃料タンク。
