ガラス/ブロッキング層/核形成層/Ag/バリヤー/誘電/核形成層/Ag/バリヤー/誘電核形成層/Ag/バリヤー/誘電/トップコート。
− ZSO5は、各構成成分を50重量%含有する亜鉛及びスズの混合酸化物である;
− ZSO9は、10重量%の酸化スズをドープされた酸化亜鉛の層を意味する;
− TiOxは、亜酸化チタンである;
− TiZrOxは、50重量%のTiO2、46重量%のZrO2、残りがジルコニウムに通常伴う元素、特に酸化物Y2O5から形成され、この酸化物は化学量論的又は半化学量論的であることができる;
− ZnO−Alは、5重量%のアルミニウム含有量を有するアルミニウムをドープされた酸化亜鉛である;
− TiNは、窒化チタンである;
− Cは、不活性雰囲気下でグラファイト陰極からの形成によって得られたグラファイトの層である。

Claims (15)
- マグネトロンによって真空蒸着されかつ低放射特性を有するフィルム系を含む、本質的に透明で強化可能な板ガラスであって、保護表面層として、酸化チタンに基づきかつZrO2,SiO2からなる群からの高硬度の少なくとも一種の他の金属酸化物に基づく層を含み、酸化チタンに基づいた表面層が3nm以上の厚さを有する、板ガラス。
- 表面層の酸化チタン以外の金属酸化物が層全体の少なくとも5重量%である、請求項1に記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンが表面層の少なくとも40重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の板ガラス。
- 表面層がさらに、考慮下の追加の酸化物と共に存在する金属酸化物を含み、これらの酸化物が、表面層の全ての酸化物の8重量%を越えない割合である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに加えて、表面層が15重量%〜50重量%の割合で酸化ジルコニウムを含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに基づいた表面層が35nm以下の厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに基づいた保護層が、金属チタンから、又は窒化チタン、Zrもしくは窒化Zr、TiZrもしくは窒化TiZrから形成された第一保護層に適用される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 表面層がそれ自体、炭素の層で被覆されている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 炭素層が30nm以下の厚さを有する、請求項8に記載の板ガラス。
- 標準規格ASTM2486Dに従って実施される耐引っ掻き性試験において30%以下の引っ掻き割合に導く、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 表面層に加えて、少なくとも一つの銀ベースの機能層、及びガラス支持体とガラス支持体に最も近い銀層の間、かつ支持体から最も遠い銀層上に配置された一組の誘電層を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 一つ、二つ又は三つの銀層を含み、各々が7〜20nmの厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の板ガラス。
- 各銀ベース層が、Ti,Zr,Nb,NiCrの酸化物又は亜酸化物によって形成された犠牲層で被覆されている、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 銀層が、スズ又はアルミニウム又はガリウムでドープされた酸化亜鉛に基づいた層上に蒸着される、請求項11又は12に記載の板ガラス。
- 「トップコート」表面層が、
ガラス/TiO2/ZnO/Ag/NiCr/SiAlN/トップコート、
ガラス/SiAlN/NiCr/Ag/NiCr/SiAlN/トップコート、
ガラス/SiAlN/ZnO/Ag/NiCr/SiAlN/トップコート、
ガラス/SiAlN/ZnO/Ag/NiCr/ZnO/SiAlN/ZnO/Ag/NiCr/トップコート、
ガラス/TiO2/ZnO/Ag/NiCr/SnO2/ZnO/Ag/NiCr/SnO2/トップコート
