Description

Claims (5)
- ガラスドロー中にガラス基板を被覆する方法であって:
金属ハロゲン化物および溶媒を含む溶液を提供し;
前記溶液のエアロゾル液滴を調製し;および
ドロー中の前記ガラス基板に前記エアロゾル液滴を塗布する、
各工程を含み、
前記エアロゾル液滴が摂氏295度から摂氏425度の間の温度の前記ガラス基板に塗布される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記溶媒が、水、アルコール、ケトンおよびそれらの組合せから選択される物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記エアロゾル液滴が、前記ガラス基板上に堆積され、前記金属ハロゲン化物が、前記ガラス基板への塗布後にそれぞれの酸化物に変化することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記酸化物が焼結して導電膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記金属ハロゲン化物が、SnCl4、SnBr4、ZnCl2およびそれらの組合せから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
