Claims (9)
- シリンダと、
当該シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、
上記シリンダ内に挿入されて上記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、
上記シリンダ内に上記ピストンで区画したロッド側室とピストン側室と、
タンクと、
上記ロッド側室と上記ピストン側室とを連通する第一通路の途中に設けた第一開閉弁と、
上記ピストン側室と上記タンクとを連通する第二通路の途中に設けた第二開閉弁と、
上記ロッド側室へ液体を供給するポンプと、
当該ポンプを駆動するモータとを備えたアクチュエータにおいて、
上記ロッド側室を上記タンクへ接続する排出通路と、
当該排出通路の途中に設けられて、上記ロッド側室の圧力の増加に対して開弁度合が増加し、上記ロッド側室から上記タンクに排出される流量が増加する圧力流量特性を有するパッシブ弁とを備え、
上記ポンプの駆動時に、上記パッシブ弁の圧力流量特性に基づいて上記モータの回転速度を制御することにより、出力する推力が制御される

上記シリンダ内の目標圧力から上記電流ループへ与えるトルク指令を求め、上記モータを制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 上記タンクから上記ピストン側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、
上記ピストン側室から上記ロッド側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する整流通路とを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 上記ポンプと上記ロッド側室との間に、上記ロッド側室から上記ポンプへ向かう液体の流れを防止する逆止弁を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 上記第一開閉弁および上記第二開閉弁は、電磁開閉弁であって、非通電時にバネによって遮断ポジションを採る
こと特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
