Description
Claims (12)
- セラミック羽根を製造する工程と、セラミック羽根の密度を高くするための緻密化操作を行う工程とから成る滑動電気アーク装置用セラミック電極の製造方法であって、上記セラミック羽根は導電性セラミックから成る略三角形の板状のセラミック羽根であり、上記セラミック羽根は、先端部とヒール部とで規定される放電端部と、ヒール部から伸びた滑動電気アーク装置に接続される側の基部と、先端部から基部に向かって伸びた放電端部とは異なる背部との3辺部で規定され、当該電極を放電端部が対向する状態に平面的に1組配置した状態において、これら放電端部の離間距離がヒール部から先端部に向けて漸次増加する傾斜形状に放電端部が形成されており、セラミック羽根を製造する工程が、セラミック羽根の背部側から放電端部側に向けて厚みが漸減する形状を有する放電端部を形成する工程から成ることを特徴とする滑動電気アーク装置用セラミック電極の製造方法。
- セラミック羽根を製造する工程が、セラミック羽根形状にテープキャステイング及びレーザーカッティングする工程から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- セラミック羽根を製造する工程が、セラミック羽根形状にドライプレスする工程から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- セラミック羽根を製造する工程が、セラミック羽根形状にスリップ(粘土液)を製膜する工程から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- セラミック羽根を製造する工程が、セラミック羽根形状に機械的打抜きを行う工程から
成る請求項請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 緻密化操作を行う工程が、焼結してセラミック羽根を形成する工程から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 焼結してセラミック羽根を形成する工程が、圧力負荷を行わずに焼結してセラミック羽根を形成する工程である請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 焼結してセラミック羽根を形成する工程が、ホットプレスによってセラミック羽根を形成する工程である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- ホットプレスによってセラミック羽根を形成する工程が、熱間静水圧プレスによってセラミック羽根を形成する工程である請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- セラミック羽根を製造する工程が、金属酸化物羽根を製造する工程から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 金属酸化物羽根を製造する工程が、マグネシウムをドープしたランタンクロマイト羽根を製造する工程から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- セラミック羽根を製造する工程が、炭化ケイ素羽根を製造する工程から成る請求項1に記載の製造方法。
