Claims (17)
- 発光素子と照明体とを有する、面を照明するための照明デバイスであって、
前記発光素子が人工光を発し、
ハウジング部品が、前記発光素子を包含し、かつ前記照明体を支持しており、
前記照明体は、該照明体の下に横たわる前記面を照明するのに適した、透明な導光性材料を含んでおり、
前記照明体は、前記発光素子から前記人工光を受光し、該人工光を前記面上に向けて方向変換するように構成された、光抽出層を含んでおり、
前記照明体はさらに、発光材料を含んでおり、前記発光材料は、前記人工光の或る特定の一部を吸収し、吸収した人工光を入射方向と比べて異なる方向に再出射し、
当該照明デバイスはさらに、光学素子を含んでおり、該光学素子が、前記照明体の長手方向の側面に配されており、前記照明体の下面から出射した前記人工光の少なくとも一部を受光して照明されるべき対象物に向けて方向付ける、または前記照明体の前記長手方向の側面から出射した前記人工光の少なくとも一部を受光して再整形するように構成されていることを特徴とする照明デバイス。 - 前記光学素子が、集光部品または反射器部品を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光抽出層が、前記面により反射される前記人工光に対して透明であり、かつ、該光抽出層に当たる周辺光に対しても透明であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光抽出層が、前記照明体の表面のうちの1つを覆っており、かつ、好ましくは前記照明体と前記光抽出層とが1つの部品とされていることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光抽出層が、鋸歯様の表面構造であることが好ましい表面構造を有しており、該鋸歯様の表面構造は、0.1°から5°の間の角度、好ましくは0.2°から3°の間の角度、さらに好ましくは0.25°から2°の間の角度を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- LEDまたはOLEDである1つまたは複数の発光素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 好ましくは前記光抽出層の少なくとも一部を覆うものである太陽電池、および/または、好ましくは再充電可能な蓄電バッテリーもしくはスーパーキャパシタであるバッテリーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記照明体および/または前記光抽出層がポリマーを含み、好ましくは、前記照明体および/または前記光抽出層が、ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレートまたはポリカーボネートのうちの1つの材料を含み、さらに好ましくは、前記照明体および/または前記光抽出層が、発光材料によりドーピングされていることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記照明体および/または前記光抽出層が保護層により覆われており、該保護層が、好ましくはSiO2、HfO2またはSiNxを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記発光素子が、前記照明体の角に配されており、好ましくは、該角に、30°から60°の間の角度、好ましくは40°から50°の間の角度で切欠きが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記発光材料が、少なくとも1つの空洞内に配されており、該少なくとも1つの空洞が、好ましくは前記照明体の下面の近くに配されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光学素子が、前記照明体に対しリバーシブルに取付可能とされており、好ましくは、前記光学素子がクリップ手段を含み、該クリップ手段が、前記光学素子を前記照明体に取り付けるため、前記照明体の第2のクリップ手段と協働していることを特徴とする請求項1から11いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光学素子が可変レンズ部品を含んでおり、好ましくは、該可変レンズ部品が、液晶構造により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から12いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光学素子が、前記照明体に可動状態で取り付けられた反射器部品であって、前記照明体から出射する前記人工光の調整可能な一部を、対象物に向けて方向付けるのに適した反射器部品であることを特徴とする請求項1から13いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記反射器部品が、前記光抽出層を覆うミラー部品をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項14記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光学素子が、表面形状を有する集光部品であって、該表面形状が好ましくは鋸歯様の表面形状であり、該鋸歯様の表面形状が、0.1°と5°との間の形状角度、好ましくは0.2°と3°との間の形状角度、さらに好ましくは0.25°と2°との間の形状角度を有しており、さらに好ましくは、前記表面形状が、フレネル型のレンズを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1から13いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
- 最小限の電力における第1のモードと、より高い電力における第2のモードとで前記発光素子を動作させるのに適した、切換手段を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から16いずれか1項記載の照明デバイス。
