冷却管、窒素導入管、温度計および撹拌機を備えた反応容器に、表1に示す組成の粘着剤成分と、これら粘着剤成分の合計100重量部に対して2,2´−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.1重量部とを加え、更に酢酸エチルを加えて固形分濃度30.0重量%に調整し、次いで窒素置換を行った後、55℃に昇温し、15時間重合反応を行なって、表1に示す重量平均分子量のアクリル系ポリマーの溶液を得た。なお、表1に示すモノマー単位の含有量(重量%)は、アクリル系ポリマーを形成する全モノマー単位に占める割合をさす。
上記アクリル系ポリマーの固形分100重量部に対して、架橋剤として、過酸化物であるベンゾイルパーオキサイド(日本油脂製ナイパーBMT)0.2重量部と、架橋剤としてトリメチロールプロパン/トリレンジイソシアネートのアダクト体(日本ポリウレタン工業製コロネートL)0.2重量部とを加え、アクリル系粘着剤溶液を得た。
第一透明プラスチック基材として、厚み25μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを準備し、その片面に、アルゴンガス80%と酸素ガス20%とからなる5.33×10-2Paの雰囲気中で、酸化インジウム95重量%及び酸化スズ5重量%を含む混合物の焼結体から、反応性スパッタリング法により、厚み20nmのITO膜を形成して、透明導電性フィルムを得た。
第二透明プラスチック基材として、厚み125μm、幅1000mmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(帝人デュポン社製、品番F17)を準備し、その片面にハードコート処理溶液を塗布し、100℃で3分間乾燥後、直ちにオゾンタイプ高圧水銀灯(80W/cm2、15cm集光型)2灯で紫外線照射を行い、厚み5μmのハードコート層を設けてハードコートフィルムを作製した。なお、ハードコート処理溶液としては、アクリル・ウレタン系樹脂(大日本インキ化学工業社製の商品名「ユニディックU4005」)100重量部に、光重合開始剤としてヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(チバスペシャルティケミカルズ社製の商品名「イルガキュア184」)5重量部を加えて、50重量%の固形分濃度に希釈したトルエン溶液を用いた。
上記透明導電性フィルムの透明導電層が設けられていない面に、上記アクリル系粘着剤溶液を塗布し、150℃で1分間乾燥することによって厚み23μmの粘着剤層を形成して、粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルムを作製した。
上記粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルムの粘着剤層に、上記ハードコートフィルムのハードコート層が設けられていない面を貼り合わせて、透明導電性積層体を作製した。
各サンプル(透明導電性積層体)を150℃及び160℃の温度で加熱オーブンにて1時間加熱した後、恒温恒湿槽(60℃、95%RH雰囲気下)で240時間晒した。その後、サンプルを取り出して、ヘイズメーター(株式会社村上色彩技術研究所製HAZEメーター HM−150)にて、ヘイズを測定した。結果を表1に示す。
各サンプル(粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルム)をガラス基板(10cm×10cm)上に貼り合わせて、150℃及び160℃の温度で加熱オーブンにて1時間加熱した後、透過型顕微鏡(200倍)にて観察し、以下の基準で評価した。結果を表1に示す。
○:球状気泡を確認できない。
△:球状気泡を確認できるが、いずれの球状気泡も直径0.05mm未満である。
×:直径0.05mm以上の球状気泡を確認できる。

Claims (10)
- 第一透明プラスチック基材と前記第一透明プラスチック基材の一方の面に設けられた透明導電層とを有する透明導電性フィルムと、前記第一透明プラスチック基材の他方の面に設けられた粘着剤層とを有する粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルムであって、
前記粘着剤層が、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーを含有し、
前記(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーが、炭素数2〜14のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートと、芳香環を有する重合性モノマー(但し、下記一般式(I)で表されるnが2以上の単量体の含有量が、芳香環を有する重合性モノマー全量の1〜5重量%を占める場合を除く
- 前記(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーが、メチル(メタ)アクリレートをモノマー単位として実質的に含まない請求項1に記載の粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記第一透明プラスチック基材と前記透明導電層との間に1層以上のアンダーコート層を更に有する請求項1または2記載のタッチパネル用の粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記第一透明プラスチック基材がポリエステル系樹脂により形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル用の粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル系樹脂がポリエチレンテレフタレートである請求項4に記載のタッチパネル用の粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルムと、前記粘着剤層における前記第一透明プラスチック基材とは反対側の面に貼り合わされた第二透明プラスチック基材とを有するタッチパネル用の透明導電性積層体。
- 前記第二透明プラスチック基材がポリエステル系樹脂により形成されている請求項6に記載のタッチパネル用の透明導電性積層体。
- 前記ポリエステル系樹脂がポリエチレンテレフタレートである請求項7に記載のタッチパネル用の透明導電性積層体。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル用の粘着剤層付き透明導電性フィルムが1枚以上使用されているタッチパネル。
- 請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル用の透明導電性積層体が1枚以上使用されているタッチパネル。
