Description
60℃に調整した水酸化マグネシウム懸濁液(30g/L)2.0Lに、60℃に保ちながら、炭酸ガスを1.5L/分の速度で240分間導入し、塩基性炭酸マグネシウムを生成させた。得られた生成物を、イオン交換水およびエタノールにて洗浄、乾燥させて、花弁状炭酸マグネシウムを調製した。該花弁状炭酸マグネシウムのSEM観察を行ったところ、厚さ0.01〜0.05μm、長手方向0.5〜2μmの薄片が多方向に成長した集合体であり、その平均粒子径は14.0μmであることが確認された。吸水量は1.7ml/gであった。
室温にて、0.3mol/lケイ酸ナトリウム(SiO2/NaO=2.6)水溶液100mlと0.3mol/l塩化カルシウム水溶液100mlを混合し、得られた懸濁液をオートクレーブにて180℃の温度下、10時間反応させ、花弁状ケイ酸カルシウムを生成させた。得られた生成物を、イオン交換水およびエタノールにて洗浄、乾燥させた後、SEM観察を行った。その結果、生成物が、厚さ0.01〜0.1μm、長手方向1〜4μmの薄片が多方向に成長した集合体であり、その平均粒子径は40.0μmであることが確認された。吸水量は5.3ml/gであった。
化粧料を手にとったときの粉末状のさらさら感、化粧料使用時の化粧料塗布の滑らかさ、伸びについて、いずれも専門パネル10名による下記4段階評価に基づいた評価を行った。

安定性は、粉末状化粧料を5ml試験管に入れ、28kHzの超音波を10分間あてることにより確認した。
○:粉末状化粧料から水が分離することなく安定である。

表1〜3に示した成分、配合量の処方(配合量合計100質量%)の粉末化粧料を以下の方法で調製した。また、効果試験結果を併せて表1〜3に記載した。
各粉体原料を混合し、その他の液分以外の成分と共にヘンシェルミキサー、アトマイザーにて均一に分散、混合、粉砕し、得られたバルクに液分をヘンシェルミキサーにて均一に分散し、粉末化粧料を調製した。

Claims (2)
- 平均粒子径1.0〜30.0μmの花弁状粉体及び粉末化粧料全量中5〜65質量%(但し、40質量%以上を除く)の水を含有する粉末化粧料であって、前記水と花弁状粉体の質量比(水/花弁状粉体(質量比))が0.4〜5.5であり、前記水が、前記花弁状粉体中に包含され、外観が粉末形態である前記粉末化粧料。
- 花弁状粉体がケイ酸カルシウムである請求項1記載の粉末化粧料。
