Description
ポリマー発泡体及び微小中空球の全質量に対して、
連続気泡型ポリマー発泡体40〜85質量%と、
柔軟な外層を有する微小中空球15〜60質量%
とを含有する、吸音のための微小中空球を含有する発泡体であって、その際、該微小中空球が、少なくとも70μmでかつ多くとも250μmのD50値を有している、微小中空球を含有する発泡体
により解決される。
I)連続気泡型ポリマー発泡体に、膨張可能な微小中空球を含有する液体分散液を含浸させる工程、
II)場合により、該ポリマー発泡体をプレス/圧縮及び/又は乾燥させる工程、及び、
III)含浸された該ポリマー発泡体を、膨張可能な該微小中空球の膨張温度を上回りかつ分解温度を下回る温度で熱処理し、該微小中空球を膨張させる工程
を含む、微小中空球を含有する発泡体を製造するための、特に、上記の微小中空球を含有する発泡体を製造するための方法に関する。
a)疎水化のためのフルオロカーボン樹脂(WO2008/037600を参照のこと)
b)疎水性及び難燃性の物質(WO2007/023118を参照のこと)
を含有してよい。
実施例1(本発明による)
メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂発泡体(Basotect(R) G、密度 7.3g/l、BASF SE)に、膨張可能な微小中空球の水性分散液を含浸させた。該微小中空球は、Akzo Nobel社製EXPANCEL(R) 091DU140であった。該球の外層は、アクリレート、塩化ビニリデン及びアクリロトニトリルからのコポリマーから構成されている。該微小中空球は発泡剤(イソブタン又はイソペンタン)を内包して含有している。膨張可能な粒子のD50値は、製造者による仕様書によれば35〜45μmであった。含浸されたポリマーフォームを乾燥棚内で100℃で乾燥させ、次いで130℃で1時間保持し、その際、EXPANCEL(R)−微小中空球が約100〜150μmのサイズに膨張した。
実施例1と同様に行ったが、但し、膨張可能な微小中空球として、10〜16μmのD50値を有するEXPANCEL(R) 820SL40を使用した。該微小中空球は、膨張後に約35〜55μmのD50値を有していた。
吸音を、実施例1及び2からの微小中空球が含浸されたポリマー発泡体に関して、ISO10534−2により測定した。結果を、実施例1に関しては第1表に、実施例2に関しては第2表に示す。
実施例1及び2からの微小中空球を含有するポリマー発泡体に関して、流れ抵抗をISO9053により測定した。結果を第3表及び第4表に示す。
Claims (12)
- 連続気泡型ポリマー発泡体及び微小中空球の全質量に対して、連続気泡型ポリマー発泡体40〜85質量%と、柔軟な外層を有する微小中空球15〜60質量%とを含有する、吸音のための微小中空球を含有する発泡体であって、その際、該微小中空球が、少なくとも100マイクロメートルでかつ多くとも250マイクロメートルのD50値を有しており、連続気泡型ポリマー発泡体が5〜100g/lの密度を有している、微小中空球を含有する発泡体。
- ポリマー発泡体が、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂発泡体、尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂発泡体及びメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂発泡体からなる群から選択されている、請求項1記載の発泡体。
- ポリマー発泡体が、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂発泡体である、請求項1記載の発泡体。
- 微小中空球の外層が、発泡体の使用温度を下回るガラス転移温度を有する1以上のホモポリマー及び/又はコポリマーから形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の発泡体。
- 以下の工程:
I)連続気泡型ポリマー発泡体に、膨張可能な微小中空球を含有する液体分散液を含浸させる工程、及び、
III)含浸された該ポリマー発泡体を、膨張可能な該微小中空球の膨張温度を上回りかつ分解温度を下回る温度で熱処理し、該微小中空球を膨張させる工程
を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の微小中空球を含有する発泡体の製造法。 - 以下の工程:
I)連続気泡型ポリマー発泡体に、膨張可能な微小中空球を含有する液体分散液を含浸させる工程、
II)該ポリマー発泡体をプレス/圧縮及び/又は乾燥させる工程、及び、
III)含浸された該ポリマー発泡体を、膨張可能な該微小中空球の膨張温度を上回りかつ分解温度を下回る温度で熱処理し、該微小中空球を膨張させる工程
を含む、請求項5記載の微小中空球を含有する発泡体の製造法。 - 含浸のために使用される膨張可能な微小中空球が、16マイクロメートル超でかつ100μm以下のD50値を有している、請求項5又は6記載の方法。
- 含浸のために使用される膨張可能な微小中空球が、50μm以下のD 50 値を有している、請求項5又は6記載の方法。
- 工程I)において、含浸に使用される混合物が、液体分散液の全質量に対して、膨張可能な微小中空球0.01〜50質量%及び液体分散媒50〜99.99質量%を含有している、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程I)において、分散媒として水及び/又はC1〜C4−アルコールを使用する、請求項5から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 吸音及び/又は断熱のための、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の微小中空球を含有する発泡体の使用。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の微小中空球を含有する発泡体を含む、吸音要素及び/又は断熱要素。
