本発明の出発点は、互いから離間して配置される少なくとも二対の留め具を介して着脱自在に互いに接続される第1の構成部品と第2の構成部品とを有する構成部品接続部である。この「構成部品」という概念は、極めて広い解釈を許すものである。これには特にパネル状の構成部品、例えば鋼板製またはアルミニウム板製の構成部品などが含まれるが、これらに限定されるわけではない。構成部品は特に、製造対象である車両ボディの様々なボディ構成部品であるとよい。
あるいはその代わりに、第1の留め具対の雄型構成部品を第1の構成部品に、これと組み合される雌型留め具を第2の構成部品に配置して、第2の留め具対の雄型留め具を第2の構成部品に、第2の留め具対のこれと組み合される雌型留め具を第1の構成部品に配置する、またはその逆に配置することも可能である。
以下では本発明を図に関連付けて詳しく説明する。
図2、3には、クランプカラーとして機能する曲げ加工されたカラー5を有する通し穴4が打抜き加工されている、第2の薄板3が示されている。この通し穴4ならびにクランプカラー5は、作用頭部を形成している球2よりもほんの僅かだけ小径となっている。しかしながらクランプカラーには十分な弾性が備わっているために、この通し穴4の中に、またはこれを通り抜けるように、球2を押し込むことができる。
図6の実施例においては、そのような歯状クランプカラー要素5a、5bが二つだけ備えられているが、これらは周方向に約180°互いから離間して配置されている。両クランプカラー要素5a、5bは、球2を挟んで互いに反対側に配置されている。

- 構成部品接続部であって、第1の構成部品(1)、第2の構成部品(3)、これら両方の構成部品(1,2)を着脱自在に互いに接合するために利用される、互いに離間して配置される少なくとも二対の留め具(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)を有しており、それぞれの留め具対(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)が、雌型留め具(4a,4b,4c)と、前記雌型留め具(4a,4b,4c)の内部に挿入される雄型留め具(2a,2b,2c)とから成っており、さらに、それぞれの留め具対(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)の雄型留め具(2a〜2c)が前記第1の構成部品(1)に雌型留め具(4a〜4c)が前記第2の構成部品(3)にそれぞれ備えられている、構成部品接続部において、

それぞれの留め具対(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)の雄型留め具(2a,2c)がいずれも、対応して割り当てられる雌型留め具(4a〜4c)よりも大きい寸法を有することを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記各留め具対(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)の少なくとも一つの留め具対の雄型留め具の少なくとも一つが全体でまたは一部で、球形または球形に似た形状であるか、または、前記各留め具対(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)の少なくとも一つの留め具対の雄型留め具の少なくとも一つが、球形部分または球形に似た部分を有することを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記各留め具対(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)の少なくとも一つの留め具対の雄型留め具の少なくとも一つ(2a〜2c)が、100%金属製の留め具であることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記各雄型留め具の少なくとも一つが、前記両方の構成部品のいずれか一方(1)に溶接されていることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記各雄型留め具の少なくとも一つ(2)が、一部または全体に球の形状を有し、または一部または全体に球に似た形状を有する作用頭部(2’)と、前記作用頭部(2’)に接続された脚部(2”)とを有することを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項12に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記脚部(2”)が、冷間接合法により前記両方の構成部品のいずれか一方(1)に接合されたものであることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記各留め具対(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)の少なくとも一つの雌型留め具(4a〜4c)が、前記両方の構成部品(1,3)のいずれか一方に設けられた通し穴によって、部分的に又はその全てが形成されていることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項14に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記通し穴(4a〜4c)が、円形以外の任意の平面形状を有することを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項14または15に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記通し穴(4a〜4c)が正方形または三角形に近似していることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記通し穴(4a〜4c)を設ける際に、前記通し穴(4a〜4c)の周縁部(5a,5c)が曲げ加工され、該当構成部品(3)から突出する、曲げ弾性を示す挟持要素(5a,5c)を形成し、前記挟持要素(5a,5c)が、対応して割り当てられる雄型留め具(2a〜2c)の外周面で、前記挿入方向に対して実質的に横向きに作用する挟持力を外から作用させることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記通し穴(4a〜4c)が、前記両方の構成部品のいずれか一方(3)から打抜き加工されていることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
少なくとも一つの挟持要素(5a〜5c)が、前記両方の構成部品のいずれか一方(3)の曲げ加工された部分であることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記両方の構成部品(1,3)をつなげた後、前記少なくとも一つの挟持要素(5a〜5c)が、これと対応して割り当てられ協働する雄型留め具(2a〜2c)を、雄型留め具(2a〜2c)の第1の構成部品側で把持することを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記挟持要素(5a〜5c)が、前記通し穴(4a〜4c)の周縁部の全周にわたり延びるクランプカラーであることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記通し穴(4a〜4c)の周縁部に沿って、円周方向に互いに離間して配置される複数のクランプカラー(5a,5b,5c)が備えられており、前記各クランプカラー(5a,5b,5c)がいずれも外側から、対応して割り当てられる雄型留め具(2,2a,2b)の外周部分に接触することを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
一つのクランプカラーないしは複数のクランプカラー(5,5a,5b,5c)が、前記挿入方向に、もしくは前記挿入方向とは逆向きに、前記両方の構成部品のいずれか一方から突出するように、曲げ加工されていることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記両方の構成部品(1,3)の少なくともいずれか一方が、鋼またはアルミニウム製の構成部品であることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記両方の構成部品(1,3)の少なくともいずれか一方が、車両ボディのボディ構成部品であることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項1〜25のいずれか一項に記載の構成部品接続部において、
着脱自在に接続された前記構成部品(1,3)が、材料同士の融合により互いに接合されていることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項26に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記両方の構成部品(1,3)が互いに溶接されていることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。 - 請求項27に記載の構成部品接続部において、
前記両方の構成部品が前記溶接工程の前または前記溶接工程の間は、もっぱら前記各留め具対(2a,4a;2b,4b;2c,4c)により互いに保持されていることを特徴とする、構成部品接続部。
