I0≒{Vreg−(Vbe0+Vbe1)}/R0・・・・(6)
ここで、(Vreg)は負荷抵抗R0の一方の端子に供給される電源電圧であり、(Vbe0)はトランジスタQ0のベース−エミッタ間の電圧であり、(Vbe1)はトランジスタQ1のベース−エミッタ間の電圧である。なお、帰還抵抗R1に流れる電流は無視しうる程度の状態(例えば入力電流が小さい、もしくは直流的な入力電流が中和されるような仕組みが備わっている)で、この部分での電圧降下はないとする。
Claims (1)
- 増幅部と該増幅部の出力信号を帰還するトランスインピーダンス部を備えた10GHzを超える周波数帯域で使用される前置増幅器であって、
前置増幅器の入力部(初段)の負荷抵抗に供給される電源電圧の電圧生成手段が、前記前置増幅器を形成する同じ集積回路内に設けられ、前記電圧生成手段は、基準電圧源に接続された定電流源と複数の接続タップが設けられた抵抗との直列回路からなり、前記接続タップを選択してワイヤ接続することにより前記抵抗の抵抗値を調整することで、前記入力部の電源電圧が調整可能とされていることを特徴とするトランスインピーダンス型前置増幅器。
