Description
また、車両電源が失陥した時には、補助電源12から補助電源リレー235を介して三相モータ駆動回路222に電力を供給できるようになっている。外部から供給される電力は、フィルタ回路212を介することによってノイズが除去され、三相モータ駆動回路222に供給される。
また、以上の説明では、車両電源が失陥した時に補助電源12に切替える例で説明したが、車両の電子装置の過負荷等により、車両電源の電圧が低下した場合においても、本発明を適用することができる。この場合、図5のステップS12で車両電源の電圧低下を検知し、電圧低下を検知した場合には、ステップS21で車両電源の電圧を読み込み、ステップS22で車両電源の電圧が所定の電圧以下の場合、ステップS31の低消費電力制御モードにすることで実現できる。また、低消費電力制御モードの制御方法を適用する第一の方式として、車両電源の電圧に応じてモータ駆動電流の制限値を変える方式を用いることができ、この場合、図6の充電量を車両電源の電圧に置き換えることにより実現できる。本車両電源の電圧が低下した場合に、低消費電力制御モードにしてモータ駆動電流の制限値を変える方法は、補助電源12がない車両においても適用することができる。

Claims (3)
- 制動力を発生するための液圧を発生するマスタシリンダと、前記マスタシリンダの液圧を制御するための電動モータと、主電源からの電力を受け前記電動モータを駆動する電流を発生する制御回路と、補助電源とを備え、
前記制御回路はブレーキペダルの操作量に基づき要求制動力を算出し、前記算出した要求制動力に基づき、前記電動モータを駆動するための電流を発生し、前記マスタシリンダが発生する液圧が前記要求制動力になるように前記電動モータを制御するブレーキ制御装置において、
前記制御回路は、主電源に異常が生じた状態で補助電源の電力を受けて制動制御を行う場合に、ブレーキペダルの操作状態から急ブレーキ状態かどうかを判断し、急ブレーキ状態ではないと判断した場合に、主電源からの電力に基づいてブレーキ制御を行っているのと同じ状態での前記ブレーキペダルの操作に対して、前記電動モータを駆動するための電流の大きさを小さくすることを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置において、前記制御回路は、急ブレーキ状態と判断した場合に、主電源からの電力に基づいてブレーキ制御を行っているのと同じ状態での前記ブレーキペダルの操作に対して、前記電動モータを駆動するための電流の大きさを略同じとすることを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。
- 制動力を発生するための液圧を送出するマスタシリンダと、
ブレーキペダルの操作量に基づき移動することで前記マスタシリンダの液圧を制御するインプットピストンと、
前記インプットピストンと共に前記マスタシリンダの液圧を制御するアシストピストンと、
前記アシストピストンを移動させるための電動モータと、
主電源および補助電源からの電力を受ける電力端子をそれぞれ有し、ブレーキペダルの操作量に基づき前記電動モータを制御する制御回路と、を有し、
前記制御回路は、前記ブレーキペダルの操作量に対して、前記主電源からの電力を受けて動作する場合に対して、前記補助電源からの電力を受けて動作する場合に、前記ブレーキペダルの操作量に対するブレーキ制御で、前記ブレーキペダルの操作量が大きい状態での、前記主電源からの電力を受けて動作する場合に対する前記補助電源からの電力を受けて動作する前記電動モータの駆動電流の減少幅より、前記ブレーキペダルの操作量が小さい状態での、前記主電源からの電力を受けて動作する場合に対する前記補助電源からの電力を受けて動作する前記電動モータの駆動電流の減少幅を大きくすることを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。
