Description
少なくとも2つの端管を含む管に前記SMAWを挿入する工程;
前記SMAWの端に少なくとも前記端管を圧着する工程;及び
前記ワイヤが前記本体に沿って延びる態様で前記本体に前記管を固定する工程。
Claims (7)
- 操作可能端を有する細長い構造体の製造方法であって、前記構造体は、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ部材と関連する柔軟な縦長本体(2)を具備し、前記アクチュエータ部材は、少なくとも1つの形状記憶合金ワイヤ、すなわち、SMAW(4)を含み、前記SMAW(4)は、前記本体(2)に沿って延長し、且つ前記本体の端で固定され、前記SMAW(4)は、制御された方法でそれ自身を加熱する手段と関係付けられており:
少なくとも2つの端管(5a、5d)を含む管(5a、・・・、5d)に前記SMAWを挿入する工程;
前記SMAWの端上に少なくとも前記端管を圧着する工程;及び
前記ワイヤが前記本体(2)に沿って延びるような態様で前記本体(2)に前記管を固定する工程;を含むことを特徴とする、操作可能端を有する細長い構造体の製造方法。 - 前記管(5a、…、5d)は、全て共通の1つの鞘(5)から切り出されることにより得られる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記鞘(5)は、帯状部(7)により共に結合された前記管が残るように切り出され、このように、共に結合された前記管が、前記帯状部が除去される前に、前記本体に固定される、請求項2記載の方法。
- 電力供給ワイヤ(10)の端が、前記端管(5a、5d)に挿入される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記管は、結紮糸(6)により前記本体に結合される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 圧着された前記管のために、前記管を圧着することによって残された凹部(9)に、前記結紮糸が延びる、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記管の少なくとも1つが、圧着部を超える延長部(8)を備える、請求項1記載の方法。
