Claims (16)
- お互いが面して配置された2つのパイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)と、
底部(6)と、端(9、10)を有する2つの傾いた側壁(7、8)とを有する締め付けバンド(5)を含んでいる外形クランプ(4)と、
前記パイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)のそれぞれ上に外側に突き出ているすくなくとも1つの周辺のひだ(11、12)と、
前記2つの傾いた側壁(7、8)の間に配置された環状の密封要素(15)と、
を含み、
前記側壁(7、8)はお互いに離れて面している前記ひだ(11、12)の側面で前記ひだ(11、12)と噛み合い、
前記密封要素(15)は、前記底部(6)と前記側壁(7、8)を支え、
前記密封要素(15)は、前記側壁(7、8)の前記端(9、10)の領域で凹部(16、17)を有する連結組立部(1)。 - 前記パイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)は同じ直径を有している請求項1に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記パイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)はこれらの正面でお互いを支える請求項2に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記締め付けバンド(5)の堅く締められた状態で、前記側壁(7、8)の前記端(9、10)は前記パイプ端面(2、3)から半径方向に離れて置かれる請求項1に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記凹部(16、17)は前記ひだ(11、12)より小さい請求項1に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記底部(6)の幅は前記ひだ(11、12)間の距離(a)より小さい請求項1に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記ひだ(11、12)は半径方向に走るまっすぐな領域(18、19)を有する請求項1に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記密封要素の半径方向内部(20)上に挿入スリーブ(21)をさらに含む請求項1に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記挿入スリーブは前記パイプ端面(2、3)間の隙間(22)を覆うために位置する請求項8に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記密封要素(15)は前記パイプ端面(2、3)間の隙間(22)に広がる半径方向内部部分(20)上に環状要素(23)を有する請求項1に記載の連結組立部。
- 前記環状要素(23)は前記密封要素(15)とひとつなぎまたは2つの部品として実装される請求項10に記載の連結組立部。
- 2つのパイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)をお互いに面して位置すること、前記パイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)のそれぞれは、半径方向外側に突き出る少なくとも1つのひだ(11、12)を有し、
前記ひだ(11、12)上に外形クランプ(4)を置くこと、前記外形クランプ(4)は底部(6)と2つの側壁(7、8)を有する締め付けバンド(5)を含み、
前記側壁(7、8)の半径方向の動きにより前記ひだ(11、12)間の軸方向の距離を調節することを、
含む2つのパイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)の接続を製造するための方法であって、
前記外形クランプ(4)は、前記外形クランプ(4)の内側に配置された環状密封要素(15)を含み、
前記密封要素(15)は、前記底部(6)と前記側壁(7、8)を支え、
前記密封要素(15)は、前記側壁(7、8)の端(9、10)の領域で凹部(16、17)を有する方法。 - 前記側壁(7、8)の開端(9、10)と前記パイプ端面(2、3)間の半径方向の間隔を維持している間、前記側壁(7、8)を介して、前記パイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)を半径方向におよび同時に軸方向にお互いに押すことをさらに含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記調節は前記締め付けバンド(5)を締め、前記ひだ(11、12)が前記側壁(7、8)の沿って滑り、お互いに向かって動くことを含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの側壁(7、8)は、前記底部(6)から傾いて伸びる請求項12に記載の方法。
- パイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)のそれぞれは少なくとも1つの周辺のひだ(11、12)を有し、前記2つのパイプ端面(2、3)(13、14)を接続するための外形クランプ(4)において、
底部(6)と2つの傾いた側壁(7、8)を有する締め付けバンド(5)と、
前記2つの傾いた側壁(7、8)間に置かれた環状密封要素(15)と、
前記ひだ(11、12)のため滑り表面を形成するための前記2つの傾いた側壁(7、8)の部分と前記環状密封要素(15)間に置かれた凹部(16、17)と
を含み、
前記環状密封要素(15)は、前記底部(6)と前記側壁(7、8)を支える外形クランプ。
