Description
− 液圧膨張式チャック4の利用によって、中心長手軸線10に沿ったリーマの正確な方 向づけが保証される。この構成原理は、同時に非常にコンパクトで場所を節約した構造 を提供し、これにより、エンジンブロックの加工時、かかる複数の複合工具が並行して 使用できる。
− リーマの軸方向可調整性によって、特に複数の複合工具の並行利用時に軸方向におけ る精確な調整が可能となる。締付け機構(圧力調整ねじ48)並びに軸方向調整機構( 調整ねじ50)がチャック4の横側からアクセスできるので、工具交換が複合工具を機 械から分解する必要なしに問題なく行える。また、リーマを装着した状態で、軸方向調 整が可能となる。
− 接線方向に向けられた切刃プレート20の配置によって、切削力は確実に振動無しに 受けとめられる。
− 切刃プレート20の接線方向配置によって、プレート座16の内部における切刃プレ ート20の設定すべき位置からの公差に関する回転ずれが、円錐角αに関する切刃プレ ート20の刃先の方向づけに、全くあるいはほとんど影響を与えない。即ち、その接線 方向配置は、弁座26の円錐角の形成時に、その角度精度に関して比較的鈍感である。 これは、弁座26に対して例えば角度±5分の極めて高い精度が要求されるので特に有 利である。
− 溝状に形成されたカセット受け12へのカセット14の固定によって、追加的に確実 な案内が保証され、切削時に生ずる力は確実に工具本体2に伝達され、振動が生ずるこ とはない。
− 切刃プレート20の軸方向29における調節は締付けくさび40によって可能とされ 、この調節は複数の複合工具の並行使用時に特に有利である。
− カセット14とカセット受け12との間における締付けくさび40の締付け固定によ って、軸方向位置が確実に固定され、軸方向における調節不良が回避される。
− また、必要に応じてカセット14の半径方向の可調整性によって、特に円錐角αも調 節できる。即ち、締付けねじ24に続く前方3分の1の部位における半径方向調節ねじ 42の配置に基づいて、その調節ねじ42の作動時、カセット14の傾きが生じ、これ により、切刃プレート20の円錐角αが変化する。

Claims (13)
- 孔並びに孔表面を切削加工するための複合工具であって工具本体(2)を備え、
該工具本体(2)は、
孔加工するための回転切削工具の軸方向に延びるチャック(4)と、
孔表面を加工するために使用されるプレート状切刃体(20)と、
中心長手軸線(10)から半径方向に間隔を隔てられて配置された、前記プレート状切刃体(20)を受けるための少なくとも1つの交換可能なカセット(14、60)と、
を有し、
前記カセット(14、60)は、
軸方向に延在するカセット本体と、
前記カセット本体の前方端面に設けられた、プレート状切刃体(20)を受けるためのプレート座(16)と、
を備え、
前記プレート座(16)には、前記プレート状切刃体(20)がその底面(22)において固定される底面接触設置面(18)が、加工すべき表面に対して平行に方向づけられるように形成されている
複合工具。 - 工具本体(2)に、軸方向(29)に延びる溝がカセット(14、60)に対するカセット受け(12)として設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合工具。
- 前記チャック(4)が、締付け部位(8)を有し、締付け力が締付け部位(8)において環状に一様に半径方向(31)に作用し且つチャック(4)の横に設けられた締付け機構(48)によって調整できるように形成され、且つ
チャック(4)が、締付け力を発生するための環状隙間状圧力室(46)を有する液圧膨張式チャックであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合工具。 - チャック(4)が、回転切削工具を軸方向(29)に調節するための軸方向調整機構を有し、該軸方向調整機構がチャックの横に設けられた調整機構(50)を介して作動できることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合工具。
- 底面接触設置面(18)が、軸方向(29)に対して20°〜80°の範囲の円錐角(α)を成して方向付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の複合工具。
- カセット(14、60)が、該カセット(14、60)と工具本体(2)との間に締付け固定された第1調節要素(40)によって、据付け状態において軸方向(29)に調節できることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合工具。
- 第1調節要素(40)が締付けくさび(40)として形成されており、この締付けくさび(40)が調整要素(52)によって該調整要素(52)の長手軸線(54)の方向に移動できることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の複合工具。
- カセット(14、60)が、第2調節要素(42)によって据付け状態において半径方向(31)に調節できることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の複合工具。
- 第2調節要素(42)が調節ねじとして形成されており、この調節ねじがカセット(14、60)のねじ孔にねじ込まれ工具本体(2)に当接支持されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の複合工具。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の工具に配置するためのプレート状切刃体(20)であって、
狭小面(32)を介して互いに接続された両側の底面(22)を有するプレート本体(68)を備え、該プレート本体(68)の狭小面(32)に、狭小面(32)と底面(22)との間に刃先(72)を形成するための2つの層(64、66)から成る被覆構造が設けられていることを特徴とするプレート状切刃体(20)。 - 互いに隣接する2つの狭小面(32)が被覆構造を備え、該被覆構造の層(64、66)の突き合わせ縁が、互いに留め継ぎ(斜め接合)で突き合わされていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプレート状切刃体(20)。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の工具に配置するためのプレート状切刃体(20)であって、
狭小面(32)を介して互いに接続された両側の底面(22)を有するプレート本体(68)を備え、該プレート本体(68)の底面(22)に、狭小面(32)と底面(22)との間に刃先(72)を形成するための2つの層(64、66)から成る被覆構造が設けられていることを特徴とするプレート状切刃体(20)。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の複合工具によって、1回の作業工程で孔並びに孔表面を切削加工することを特徴とする孔並びに孔表面を切削加工する方法。
