Description
プレスの閉状態において下側のプレス台と上側のプレス台との間に単一構成または複数構成の周回シールを用いて作り出される真空チャンバを、少なくとも1つの加工物を収容するために設けられた排気可能な製品側ハーフチャンバと圧力形成可能な加圧側ハーフチャンバとに区分する柔軟な膜が備えられ、前記製品側ハーフチャンバに対する排気作用または前記加圧側ハーフチャンバの圧力形成作用あるいはその両方の作用を通じて生じる前記真空チャンバ内の圧力差によって前記加工物が直接または間接に前記真空チャンバの下側面に圧接するように前記膜が構成され、前記膜が前記上側プレス台に着脱式に装着されるとともに個別に取り扱い可能な膜フレームに取り付けられ、前記膜を取り付けた少なくとも1つの前記膜フレームを交換フレームとして使用可能状態で用意している膜フレームマガジンと、前記加工物を前記真空チャンバに対して搬入搬出する移載装置とが備えられ、前記移載装置はさらに前記膜フレームを前記真空チャンバ内に搬入しかつまた前記真空チャンバ内から搬出するように構成され、相互連係することで前記真空チャンバを作り出すことができる下側のプレス台と上側のプレス台とから作り出されるプレス段を上下方向に複数配置した多段プレス機として構成され、各プレス段は前記膜を取り付けた前記膜フレームをそれぞれの上側のプレス台に備えている。

Claims (10)
- プレスの閉状態において下側のプレス台と上側のプレス台との間に単一構成または複数構成の周回シール(6)を用いて作り出される真空チャンバ(7)を、少なくとも1つの加工物を収容するために設けられた排気可能な製品側ハーフチャンバ(9)と圧力形成可能な加圧側ハーフチャンバ(10)とに区分する柔軟な膜(8)を備えた、板状の加工物を熱圧作用下で積層するためのプレス機であって、
前記製品側ハーフチャンバ(9)に対する排気作用または前記加圧側ハーフチャンバ(10)の圧力形成作用あるいはその両方の作用を通じて生じる前記真空チャンバ(7)内の圧力差によって前記加工物が直接または間接に前記真空チャンバ(7)の下側面に圧接するように前記膜(8)が構成され、前記プレス台(1)に着脱式に装着可能で個別に取り扱い可能な膜フレーム(2)に前記膜(8)が取り付けられ、
前記膜(8)を取り付けた少なくとも1つの前記膜フレーム(2)を交換フレームとして使用可能状態で用意している膜フレームマガジン(17)と、前記加工物を前記真空チャンバ(7)に対して搬入搬出する移載装置とが備えられ、前記移載装置はさらに前記膜フレーム(2)を前記真空チャンバ(7)内に搬入しかつまた前記真空チャンバ(7)内から搬出するように構成され、
相互連係することで前記真空チャンバ(7)を作り出すことができる下側のプレス台と上側のプレス台とから作り出されるプレス段を上下方向に複数配置した多段プレス機として構成され、
各プレス段は前記膜(8)を取り付けた前記膜フレーム(2)をそれぞれの上側のプレス台に備えているプレス機。 - 前記真空チャンバ(7)内に搬入されかつまた前記真空チャンバ(7)内から搬出される際に前記移載装置によって前記膜フレーム(2)が載置される搬送台(15)が備えられている請求項1に記載のプレス機。
- 前記搬送台(15)が前記膜フレーム(2)を持ち上げるための手動操作可能なリフト手段を備えている請求項2に記載のプレス機。
- 前記移載装置が膜フレーム交換ステーション(13)に組み込まれている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプレス機。
- 前記膜フレーム(2)がクランプ機構(3)によって前記プレス台に装着可能である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプレス機。
- 前記膜フレーム(2)が前記真空チャンバ(7)内で上側の前記プレス台に取り付けられている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプレス機。
- 前記膜フレーム(2)を仮置きしている膜フレームステージ(12)を有する多段装入ケージ(11)が前記膜フレーム(2)の前記プレス段への装入のために設けられている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプレス機。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプレス機を用いて、板状の加工物を熱圧作用下で積層するための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの加工物が下側のプレス台と上側のプレス台とによって形成されるとともに柔軟な膜により製品側ハーフチャンバと加圧側ハーフチャンバとに区分される真空チャンバに搬送され、当該加工物が前記製品側ハーフチャンバ内に配置され、その後、前記製品側ハーフチャンバに対する排気作用または前記加圧側ハーフチャンバの圧力形成作用あるいはその両方の作用を通じて生じる前記真空チャンバ内の圧力差に基づく前記膜の変形によって前記加工物を直接または間接に前記真空チャンバの下側面に圧接する積層プロセスが実施され、その際、個別に取り扱い可能な膜フレームに前記膜が前記プレス機の外部で取り付けられ、当該膜フレームがプレス段を構成する上側のプレス台に装着され、さらに、前記膜が取り付けられた少なくとも1つの膜フレームが交換フレームとして前記プレス機の外部に用意され、
前記加工物を前記真空チャンバに対して搬入搬出する移載装置が、さらに前記膜フレームを前記真空チャンバ内に搬入しかつまた前記真空チャンバ内から搬出するためにも使用される方法。 - 搬送台に載置された状態で前記膜フレームが前記真空チャンバ内に搬入されかつ前記真空チャンバ内から搬出される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記膜フレームが前記真空チャンバ内に搬入された後、前記搬送台に設けられた手動操作可能なリフト手段によって前記上側プレス台に向かって持ち上げられて前記上側プレス台に装着される請求項9に記載の方法。
