Description
Claims (13)
- 作動流体のための入口通路と出口通路とに接続される少なくとも1つの長孔状の押し退け容積室及び押し退けピストン機構を備え、該押し退け容積室内には作動流体とは別に圧力伝達用液圧媒体が封入され、該液圧媒体の液柱が圧力伝達媒体として前記押し退け容積室内の作動流体と押し退けピストン機構との間に介在している形式の流体圧機械において、
前記押し退け容積室(6)が軸心(4)周りに回転可能なシリンダドラム(5)の内部に配置され、該押し退け容積室の軸心が前記シリンダドラム(5)の軸心(4)と交差する方向に向けられていることを特徴とする流体圧機械。 - 押し退け容積室(6)の軸心がシリンダドラム(5)の軸心(4)に対して直交する方向に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧機械。
- 押し退け容積室(6)がシリンダドラム(5)に設けられた径方向ボア(14)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体圧機械。
- 押し退け容積室(6)と入口通路(10)及び出口通路(11)との接続を制御するバルブプレート(9)を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧機械。
- シリンダドラム(5)が軸心方向に関して一端面でバルブプレート(9)により支承され、更に該バルブプレートがケーシング(2)によって支承されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体圧機械。
- シリンダドラム(5)が軸心(4)上で駆動軸と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧機械。
- 押し退けピストン機構(17)がアキシャルピストン機械として構成され、前記押し退け容積室(6)が該アキシャルピストン機械のシリンダ室(16)と連通していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧機械。
- 前記アキシャルピストン機械が、斜板(23)を備えた斜板式アキシャルピストン機械として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体圧機械。
- 前記アキシャルピストン機械が内部に前記シリンダ室(16)を有する筒状シリンダブロック(18)を備え、該シリンダブロック(18)が前記押し退け容積室(6)を内蔵した前記シリンダドラム(5)に対して同期回転するように連結されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の流体圧機械。
- 前記アキシャルピストン機械のシリンダブロック(18)と前記押し退け容積室(6)を内蔵したシリンダドラム(5)とが共通の一体化シリンダバレルとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の流体圧機械。
- 前記シリンダドラム(5)と前記押し退けピストン機構(17)とが共通のケーシング(2)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧機械。
- 作動流体として気体を圧縮するための圧縮機として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧機械。
- 機械的トルクを取り出すための原動機として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧機械。
