Description
a) 首状部に開口部を持つ透過性球体と、少なくとも1つのLEDを有する口金とを供給するステップと、
b) 前記口金に、又は前記球体の前記首状部の内面に、膨張性発泡部材を付すステップと、
c) 前記口金を前記球体内へ挿入するステップと、
d) 前記膨張性発泡ストリップ部材が前記口金と前記球体の前記首状部の前記内面とを圧迫するまで前記膨張性発泡ストリップ部材を膨張させるステップとを有する方法によって、達成される。
図3の球状LEDランプ10は、上で図2を参照して説明した方法に従って、例えば膨張性発泡テープから成る膨張性発泡ストリップ部材を用いて製造され得る。他の例においては、図3の球状LEDランプ10は、ヒートシンク32を備える口金12を首部16内に配置した後に、ヒートシンク32と首部16との間の隙間に発泡体を注入することによって製造され得る。発泡体は、例えば、好ましくは、金属粉末、グラファイト、窒化ホウ素、窒化ケイ素、窒化アルミニウム、窒化チタン、酸化アルミニウム、ベリリア、酸化ジルコニウム、炭化ケイ素、炭化ホウ素、水酸化マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、水酸化アルミニウム又はそれらの組み合わせなどの熱伝導性充填物又は添加物を有する、高分子発泡体又は発泡プラスチックであり得る。
Claims (11)
- 透過性球体と、ランプソケットから電力を受け取るための口金とを持つ球状LEDランプを作成するための方法であって、
a) 首状部に開口部を持つ透過性球体と、少なくとも1つのLEDを有する口金とを供給するステップを有し、
b) 前記口金に、又は前記球体の前記首状部の内面に、膨張性発泡部材を付すステップ、
c) 前記口金の一部を前記球体内へ挿入するステップ、及び
d) 前記膨張性発泡部材が前記口金と前記球体の前記首状部の前記内面とを圧迫するまで前記膨張性発泡部材を膨張させるステップで特徴付けられる方法。 - ステップb)より前に、金属の変形可能なストリップが、前記膨張性発泡部材に巻き付けられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記口金が、LED駆動装置と、前記LEDのための第1ヒートシンクと、前記LED駆動装置のための第2ヒートシンクとを更に有し、
前記膨張性発泡部材が、第1膨張性発泡部と、第2膨張性発泡部とを有し、
ステップd)において、前記第1膨張性発泡部が、前記第1ヒートシンクと前記球体の前記首状部の前記内面とを圧迫し、前記第2膨張性発泡部が、前記第2ヒートシンクと前記球体の前記首状部の前記内面とを圧迫するまで、前記膨張性発泡部材が膨張される請求項1乃至2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記膨張性発泡部材が、少なくとも片側に粘着層を持つ粘着性の膨張性発泡テープから成る請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップd)において、前記膨張性発泡部材の膨張を促進するために、前記膨張性発泡部材に熱が加えられる請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張性発泡部材が、0.3W/(m*K)より高い熱伝導率kを持つ請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張性発泡部材が、少なくとも3倍の膨張性を持つ請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 透過性球体と、ランプソケットから電力を受け取るための口金とを有する球状LEDランプであり、前記口金が、少なくとも部分的に、前記球体の首状部の内側に位置し、LEDを有する球状LEDランプであって、前記口金と前記球体の前記首状部との間の高分子発泡部材で特徴付けられる球状LEDランプ。
- 更に、前記発泡部材のまわりに金属ストリップを有し、前記発泡部材が、前記金属ストリップを、前記口金と前記球体の前記首状部とに押し付ける請求項8に記載の球状LEDランプ。
- 前記口金が、LED駆動装置と、前記LEDのための第1ヒートシンクと、前記LED駆動装置のための第2ヒートシンクとを有し、前記第1及び第2ヒートシンクが、少なくとも部分的に、前記球体の前記首状部の内側に位置し、
前記発泡部材が、前記第1ヒートシンクと前記球体の前記首状部との間の第1発泡部、及び前記第2ヒートシンクと前記球体の前記首状部との間の第2発泡部を有する請求項8又は9のいずれかに記載の球状LEDランプ。 - 前記発泡部材が、0.3W/(m*K)より高い熱伝導率kを持つ請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の球状LEDランプ。
