Description
Claims (12)
- (a)ハウジング(3)と、
(b)前記ハウジング(3)内に位置し、流体を供給する作動室(5)と、
(c)前記作動室(5)と流路が接続し、前記流体を前記作動室(5)に導く吸引流路(6)と、
(d)前記吸引流路(6)に配置され、
i)ガイド体(21)と、
ii)前記ガイド体(21)内を移動するように導かれ、移動を制限するための移動停止部(38)を少なくとも1つ含む制限要素(22)と、
iii)開放位置と封止位置の間で可動であって、前記吸引流路(6)内の前記流体の流れを制御し、移動するように導かれ、弁体(41)とそれに接続された弁軸(42)を含むバルブ(23)であって、少なくとも前記1つの移動停止部(38)が前記ガイド体(21)に接触するように配置されたときに、前記制限要素(22)が、前記バルブ(23)の封止位置に向かって前記制限要素(22)を押圧する加圧要素(24)の軸方向の最大伸長を制限し、前記弁体(41)が前記封止位置に向かって長手軸(25)に沿って更に自由に移動し、前記弁体(41)が前記制限要素(22)の支持ウェブ(36)から持ち上げられて離れた場合にのみ、前記封止位置に達する前記バルブ(23)とを含むバルブユニットと、
(e)前記作動室(5)と流路が接続し前記作動室(5)から前記流体を外へ導く圧力流路を備えたポンプ。 - 前記ガイド体(21)は前記ハウジング(3)に固定して取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポンプ。
- 前記制限要素(22)は前記加圧要素(24)と協働する前記支持ウェブ(36)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のポンプ。
- 前記加圧要素(24)は前記ガイド体(21)に支持されることを特徴とする上記請求項の1つに記載のポンプ。
- 前記ハウジング(3)に、前記バルブ(23)が前記封止位置にあるとき前記弁体(41)に接する弁座部(14)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポンプ。
- 前記長手軸(25)は前記制限要素(22)及び前記バルブ(23)の共通の中心長手軸(25)であり、前記制限要素(22)及び前記バルブ(23)はそれに沿って移動可能であることを特徴とする上記請求項の1つに記載のポンプ。
- 前記制限要素(22)及び前記バルブ(23)は前記共通の中心長手軸(25)に沿って互いに対して移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項6記載のポンプ。
- 前記バルブ(23)は前記ガイド体(21)を介して移動するように導かれることを特徴とする上記請求項の1つに記載のポンプ。
- 前記ガイド体(21)及び前記制限要素(22)は互いに相対的回転を防ぐように互いに係合することを特徴とする上記請求項の1つに記載のポンプ。
- 前記制限要素(22)及び前記バルブ(23)は互いに相対的回転を防ぐように互いに係合することを特徴とする上記請求項の1つに記載のポンプ。
- 前記制限要素(22)は前記バルブ(23)用の軸停止部を有することを特徴とする上記請求項の1つに記載のポンプ。
- ポンプ用のバルブユニットであって、
(a)ガイド体(21)と、
(b)前記ガイド体(21)内を移動するように導かれ、移動を制限するための移動停止部(38)を少なくとも1つ含む制限要素(22)と、
(c)i)開放位置と封止位置の間で可動であり、吸引流路(6)内での前記流体の流れを制御し、ii)移動するように導かれ、iii)弁体(41)とそれに接続された弁軸(42)を含み、iv)少なくとも1つの移動停止部(38)が前記ガイド体(21)に接触するように配置されたときに、前記制限要素(22)が、前記バルブ(23)の封止位置に向かって前記制限要素(22)を押圧する加圧要素(24)の軸方向の最大伸長を制限し、前記弁体(41)が前記封止位置に向かって長手軸(25)に沿って更に自由に移動し、前記弁体(41)が前記制限要素(22)の支持ウェブ(36)から持ち上げられて離れた場合にのみ、前記封止位置に達し、v)前記バルブ(23)が前記封止位置にあるとき弁座部(14)が前記弁体(41)に接する、前記バルブ(23)を備えたバルブユニット。
