Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載のコージェネレーションシステムにおいて、前記暖房用熱源は、供給された水を加熱することで給湯する給湯器であるとともに、前記暖房回路に接続された暖房ポンプが設けられ、前記暖房水を加熱し、前記暖房端末へ前記暖房水を送り出すことを要旨とする。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1又は2に記載のコージェネレーションシステムにおいて、前記暖房水バイパス回路に、前記暖房水を前記暖房水バイパス回路において循環させる暖房水循環補助ポンプを備えたことを要旨とする。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコージェネレーションシステムにおいて、前記暖房端末を複数備え、前記流路は、前記複数の暖房端末の出口とそれぞれ連通する支管を集合させる集合管であることを要旨とする。
また、前記冷却液回路は、前記切替弁を介して前記熱交換手段及び前記バッファタンクを迂回する前記冷却液バイパス回路を有することで、例えば前記発電ユニットの始動時等、前記冷却液の温度が低いときには、前記冷却液バイパス回路により前記冷却液を迂回させることで、該冷却液を速やかに昇温することができる。
図1は、本実施形態に係るコージェネレーションシステムを示す回路図である。同図に示されるように、このコージェネレーションシステムは、発電ユニット10と、バッファタンクユニット20と、給湯暖房機30と、これらを統括制御する制御装置40とを備えて構成される。
(1)本実施形態では、冷却液回路L1には、冷却液(余剰熱)を蓄えるバッファタンク21が設けられることで、例えば暖房運転中に暖房端末32の暖房負荷が減少しても、前記バッファタンク21にて冷却液(冷却液回路L1)の余剰熱を暫定的に蓄え、暖房負荷の増加時に利用することで、発電ユニット10の排熱を暖房回路L2で効率的に消費可能になる。つまり、暖房負荷がある限り、その変動に関わらず前記発電ユニット10(ガスエンジン12)の駆動及びその排熱利用を継続することができ、該発電ユニット10の排熱を好適に利用することができる。特に、従来例のような暖房回路(床暖房回路)の余剰熱を回収・蓄熱するための貯湯タンクが不要のため、給湯負荷の影響を受けることなく暖房運転が可能になる。
・前記実施形態において、サーモスタット弁25(ワックス弁)に代えて、制御装置40により開閉制御可能な制御弁(電磁弁など)を採用してもよい。
次に、上記実施形態及び別例から把握できる技術的思想について以下に追記する。
Claims (5)
- 発電ユニットの排熱との間で熱交換する冷却液が循環される冷却液回路と、
前記冷却液回路に設けられ、前記冷却液を蓄えるバッファタンクと、
暖房端末に供給可能な暖房水が循環される暖房回路と、
前記冷却液と前記暖房水との間で熱交換する熱交換手段と、
前記暖房水を加熱する暖房用熱源と、
前記暖房端末の出口と前記暖房用熱源との間で前記暖房回路の流路をバイパスする暖房水バイパス回路と、を備え、
前記熱交換手段は、前記暖房水バイパス回路の前記暖房水と前記冷却液との間で熱交換し、
前記発電ユニットと前記熱交換手段とを接続する液配管には、前記冷却液の循環液路を切り替える切替弁が設けられ、
前記冷却液回路は、前記切替弁及び前記熱交換手段を介して前記バッファタンクへ冷却液が流れる回路と、前記切替弁を介して前記熱交換手段及び前記バッファタンクを迂回する冷却液バイパス回路とを有し、
前記切替弁は、前記冷却液の温度が所定温度を下回るとき、前記冷却液を前記冷却液バイパス回路を介して循環させる一方、前記冷却液の温度が所定温度を超えるとき、前記冷却液を前記熱交換手段及び前記バッファタンクを介して循環させることを特徴とするコージェネレーションシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のコージェネレーションシステムにおいて、
前記暖房用熱源は、供給された水を加熱することで給湯する給湯器であるとともに、前記暖房回路に接続された暖房ポンプが設けられ、前記暖房水を加熱し、前記暖房端末へ前記暖房水を送り出すことを特徴とするコージェネレーションシステム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のコージェネレーションシステムにおいて、
前記暖房水バイパス回路に、前記暖房水を前記暖房水バイパス回路において循環させる暖房水循環補助ポンプを備えたことを特徴とするコージェネレーションシステム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコージェネレーションシステムにおいて、
前記暖房端末を複数備え、
前記流路は、前記複数の暖房端末の出口とそれぞれ連通する支管を集合させる集合管であることを特徴とするコージェネレーションシステム。 - 発電ユニットの排熱との間で熱交換する冷却液が循環される冷却液回路と、
前記冷却液回路に設けられ、前記冷却液を蓄えるバッファタンクと、
暖房端末に供給可能な暖房水が循環される暖房回路と、
前記冷却液と前記暖房水との間で熱交換する熱交換手段と、を備え、

前記冷却液回路は、前記切替弁及び前記熱交換手段を介して前記バッファタンクへ冷却液が流れる回路と、前記切替弁を介して前記熱交換手段及び前記バッファタンクを迂回する冷却液バイパス回路とを有し、
前記切替弁は、前記冷却液の温度が所定温度を下回るとき、前記冷却液を前記冷却液バイパス回路を介して循環させる一方、前記冷却液の温度が所定温度を超えるとき、前記冷却液を前記熱交換手段及び前記バッファタンクを介して循環させることを特徴とするコージェネレーションシステム。
