Claims (9)
- 第1の環状組立体が第2の環状組立体に対して内側で半径方向に位置決めされ、円周方向に配置された複数の接合装置を使用して第1の環状組立体が第2の環状組立体に固定して取付けられ、該第1および第2の環状組立体がその間にターボ機械のガス用の主要ダクトの一部を形成する環状空間を画定している、ターボ機械用の接合部であって、
各接合装置が、第1の環状組立体に取付けられたクレビスと、前記環状空間を通過するアームの形態であり、第2の環状組立体に取付けられた連結部材と、を備え、貫通孔によって突き通された前記連結部材が、前記クレビスの第1のラグと第2のラグとの間に収容され、これらのラグがそれぞれ第1のクレビス孔および第2のクレビス孔を有し、前記各接合装置がさらに、前記第1のクレビス孔、前記第2のクレビス孔および前記貫通孔のそれぞれを通過し、前記第2のクレビスラグに対して押付けるナット機構と協働する螺端を備えた剪断ピン機構を備えており、該剪断ピン機構が、螺端とは反対の端部に、前記第1のクレビス孔を通過して、前記第1のクレビスラグと前記第2のクレビスラグとの間に位置する肩部を形成する、広くなった部分を備え、前記第1のクレビスラグから一定の距離に位置する前記連結部材が、一方の側では前記肩部に対して押圧され、他方の側では前記第2のクレビスラグに対して押圧され、
前記第1の環状組立体が備える各接合装置のクレビスは、このクレビスを上から見たとき、クレビスが前記第1および第2の環状組立体の軸に対して同一の角度(A)で配置されるように、位置決めされている、前記接合部。 - 剪断ピン機構の1方向における前記連結部材の厚さ(e)が、条件1.3<E/e<2.5を満たし、式中、(E)は同方向における前記第1のクレビスラグと前記第2のクレビスラグとの間の間隔に相当する、請求項1に記載の接合部。
- 前記剪断ピン機構が、頭部と、前記頭部に対してその端部の一方を押付けるブッシュと、を備え、ブッシュが前記第1のクレビス孔を通過し、その端部の他方に前記肩部を形成する前記広くなった部分を構成する、請求項1または2に記載の接合部。
- 前記剪断ピン機構が、単一部品として構成されるピンの形態であり、前記第1のクレビス孔を通過する前記広くなった部分を構成する頭部を有する、請求項1または2に記載の接合部。
- 前記第1のクレビス孔が、前記第2のクレビス孔より大きい請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の接合部。
- 前記ターボ機械のステータの一部を構成する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の接合部。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの接合部を備える、ターボ機械モジュール。
- ターボ機械のタービンまたはコンプレッサである、請求項7に記載のターボ機械モジュール。
- 請求項7または8に記載の少なくとも1つのモジュールを備える、ターボ機械。
