Description
以下、本発明を具体化した第1実施形態について図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態は、ディーゼルエンジンを対象にエンジン制御システムを構築するものである。当該制御システムにおいては、電子制御ユニット(以下、ECUという)を中枢として燃料噴射制御等を実施するものとしている。図1に、本実施形態におけるエンジン制御システムの全体概略を示す機能ブロック図を示す。
上記第1実施形態では、第2相関データとしての燃焼パラメータ演算式に「複数の共通因子偏差」を代入し、その解として「複数の燃焼パラメータの変化量」を算出するとともに、第3相関データとしての制御パラメータ演算式に「複数の燃焼パラメータ偏差」を代入し、その解として「複数の制御パラメータの変化量」を算出する構成としたが(図1参照)、これを変更する。
本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、例えば次のように実施されてもよい。
Claims (2)
- アクチュエータの作動を制御することでエンジンの燃焼状態を制御し、ひいてはエンジンの性能を制御するエンジン制御装置であって、
前記性能を表す複数の性能パラメータと、該複数の性能パラメータの間に存在する互いに無相関の複数の共通因子との相関を定義した第1相関データを記憶する第1記憶手段と、
前記第1記憶手段に記憶された第1相関データを用いて、前記性能パラメータの目標値に基づいて前記複数の共通因子の目標値を算出する因子目標値算出手段と、
前記第1相関データを用いて、前記性能パラメータの実値に基づいて前記複数の共通因子の実値を算出する因子実値算出手段と、
前記複数の共通因子の各々について、前記因子目標値算出手段により算出した目標値と、前記因子実値算出手段により算出した実値との偏差を算出する因子偏差算出手段と、
前記複数の共通因子の偏差と、前記燃焼状態を表す複数の燃焼パラメータとの相関を定義した第2相関データを記憶する第2記憶手段と、
前記第2記憶手段に記憶された第2相関データを用いて、前記因子偏差算出手段により算出した各々の前記共通因子の偏差に基づいて、前記複数の燃焼パラメータの目標値を算出する燃焼目標値算出手段と、
前記燃焼目標値算出手段により算出した各燃焼パラメータの目標値に基づいて、前記アクチュエータに関する制御パラメータの指令値を算出する制御指令値算出手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするエンジン制御装置。 - 前記複数の燃焼パラメータと複数の前記制御パラメータとの相関を定義した第3相関データを記憶する第3記憶手段を備え、
前記制御指令値算出手段は、前記第3記憶手段に記憶された第3相関データを用いて、前記燃焼目標値算出手段により算出した各燃焼パラメータの目標値に基づいて前記指令値を算出する請求項1に記載のエンジン制御装置。
