Claims (2)
- 所定のリードでねじれて形成される複数のねじれ溝と、それら各ねじれ溝に沿って形成される複数の外周刃とを備える共に、前記外周刃には同一形状の波形が所定のピッチで繰り返し形成され、軸まわりに回転駆動されることで、被加工物を前記外周刃により切削加工する工具において、
前記外周刃の波形の軸方向における位相が隣接する外周刃との間で前記ねじれ溝のねじれ方向と同じ方向にずらされて配置され、
前記ねじれ溝のリードをLと、前記波形のピッチをPと、前記外周刃の刃数をNと、自然数をmとした場合に、
L/N=m×P−P/N+P/2、又は、L/N=m×P−P/N−P/2
を満たすことを特徴とする工具。 - 所定のリードでねじれて形成される複数のねじれ溝と、それら各ねじれ溝に沿って形成される複数の外周刃とを備える共に、前記外周刃には同一形状の波形が所定のピッチで繰り返し形成され、軸まわりに回転駆動されることで、被加工物を前記外周刃により切削加工する工具において、
前記外周刃の波形の軸方向における位相が隣接する外周刃との間で前記ねじれ溝のねじれ方向と逆方向にずらされて配置され、
前記ねじれ溝のリードをLと、前記波形のピッチをPと、前記外周刃の刃数をNと、自然数をmとした場合に、
L/N=m×P+P/N+P/2、又は、L/N=m×P+P/N−P/2
を満たすことを特徴とする工具。
