- 透明導電性基板と、当該透明導電性基板上に形成された光電変換層とを有する色素増感太陽電池において、
前記光電変換層の厚さが異なる複数の領域を含み、これによって、光透過特性や反射特性を当該領域毎に調整可能に構成され、
前記光電変換層は、異なるパターンを有する複数のマスクを用いて複数回のスクリーン印刷又は塗布で形成され、
前記複数回のスクリーン印刷又は塗布の少なくとも1回は、ドット状パターン又は格子状パターンを使用することを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池。 - 前記複数回のスクリーン印刷又は塗布の工程全てについて、ドット状パターン又は格子状パターンを使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記複数回のスクリーン印刷又は塗布のうち、少なくとも1回は全面的に均一な印刷又は塗布であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
