Claims (2)
- 電池ケースに端子を取り付けた電池において、
この端子は、接続部材と接続するために電池ケースから突出した接続部を備え、この接続部には、穿設方向が電池ケースと交差しない接続孔若しくは接続溝が穿設され、又は、突設方向が電池ケースと交差しない接続突起が突設され、
この端子は、電池ケースの貫通孔を貫通する足部を備え、この足部は電池ケースの内側からかしめ、溶接又は圧接により前記電池ケースに固着され、
前記接続部材と前記接続部とは、トルクまたは押圧力が前記接続部に加わる手段によって接続され、
前記接続部材は、前記電池ケースを挟持するスペーサに埋め込まれている電池。 - 前記接続部材は、インサート成形によって前記スペーサに埋め込まれている請求項1に記載の電池。
