Claims (3)
- 板状又はシート状の多孔質体にゴム材料あるいはゴム状弾性を有する合成樹脂材料からなるガスケットを一体接合したシール構造体の製造において、
前記多孔質体におけるガスケット接合対象領域と隣接する位置に低粘度又は液状のゴム材料又は合成樹脂材料を前記多孔質体の肉厚全体に含浸させ硬化させて目止め部を形成する工程と、
前記多孔質体を金型内にセットし、前記ガスケット接合対象領域と前記金型の内面との間に画成されたキャビティに、低粘度又は液状の成形材料を充填すると共にその一部を前記ガスケット接合対象領域に含浸させ、硬化させる工程からなることを特徴とするシール構造体の製造方法。 - 目止め部の形成後、その表面にゴム材料あるいはゴム状弾性を有する合成樹脂材料からなる***部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール構造体の製造方法。
- 多孔質体が燃料電池セルのGDLであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール構造体の製造方法。
