Claims (10)
- 患者の解剖学的構造を含む撮像空間から複数の投影画像(53)を異なる入射角から取得するステップと、
前記複数の投影画像(53)の何枚か又は全てにおいて、前記患者内の解剖学的特徴の位置(64)を識別するステップ(62)と、
前記投影画像(53)の収集時における幾何学的構成(55)を推定するステップ(54)と、
前記幾何学的構成(55)を用いて前記撮像空間の一部又は全てを再構成するステップ(56)とを備えた幾何学的構成における三次元撮像の方法であって、
前記推定するステップ(54)は、
推定された幾何学的構成(68)に基づいて、前記投影画像(53)において前記解剖学的特徴の位置(72)を推定するステップ(70)と、
少なくとも1枚の投影画像(53)について前記解剖学的特徴の前記推定された位置(72)と前記解剖学的特徴のそれぞれの前記識別された位置(64)との間での投影誤差(76)を算出するステップ(74)と、
前記投影誤差(76)に基づいて、前記推定された幾何学的構成(68)を更新するステップ(66)と、
前記投影誤差が十分に小さくなったら、更新された幾何学的構成(68)を前記幾何学的構成(55)とするステップ(82)とを備えた方法。 - 前記解剖学的特徴の位置(72)を推定するステップ(70)は、前記それぞれの投影画像(53)の少なくとも1枚又はそれぞれの三次元空間において前記解剖学的特徴の少なくとも幾つかの位置(72)を推定するステップ(70)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記解剖学的特徴の部分的に既知の相対位置又は、部分的に既知の幾何学的構成に基づいて、前記推定された幾何学的構成(55)を制約するステップを含んでいる請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 全ての解剖学的特徴があらゆる投影画像に表わされている訳ではない、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記推定された幾何学的構成(68)を更新するステップ(66)は、
前記算出された投影誤差(76)を、前記撮像時幾何学的構成(68)のそれぞれのパラメータに対応する1又は複数の誤差成分(80)に分解するステップ(78)と、
前記1又は複数の誤差成分(80)に基づいて、前記推定された撮像時幾何学的構成(68)の少なくとも1個のパラメータを更新するステップ(66)と
を含んでいる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記解剖学的特徴の位置(72)を推定する前記ステップ(70)と、
前記投影誤差(76)を算出する前記ステップ(74)と、
前記推定された幾何学的構成(68)を更新する前記ステップ(66)と、
を繰り返すステップを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記投影誤差(76)に基づいて、前記繰り返すステップを制約する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記投影画像(53)が、前記患者に向けてX線を放出する線源(12)と、前記患者を通過するX線を受け、入射するX線の強度を表わす電気信号を発生する検出器と、を含むトモシンセシス・システム(10)により収集され、
前記幾何学的構成(68)が、前記線源(12)の位置を記述するパラメータ、前記検出器(22)の位置を記述するのパラメータ、並びに前記検出器(22)の配向を記述するパラメータを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法。 - コンピュータと、
該コンピュータにより実行されたときに請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法を実行するルーチンを記憶するように構成されているメモリ(36)と、
を含んでいる、画像処理システム。 - 再構成された前記撮像空間を表示する表示器(40)を含み、
前記画像処理システムが、前記患者に向けてX線を放出する線源(12)と、前記患者を通過するX線を受け、入射するX線の強度を表わす電気信号を発生する検出器と、を含むトモシンセシス・システム(10)であり、
前記幾何学的構成(68)が、前記線源(12)の位置を記述するパラメータ、前記検出器(22)の位置を記述するのパラメータ、並びに前記検出器(22)の配向を記述するパラメータを含む、請求項9に記載の画像処理システム。
