Claims (6)
- 内周に複列の外側軌道面が形成された外方部材と、一端に車輪取付フランジを有すると共に外周に複列の内側軌道面を有し、ハブ輪と内輪からなる内方部材と、前記外方部材の外側軌道面と内方部材の内側軌道面との間に介装された複列の転動体とを備え、前記ハブ輪の軸孔に等速自在継手の外側継手部材から延びるステム部を圧入してスプライン嵌合させた駆動車輪用軸受装置において、前記外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の端部との対向面間に、表面コーティングにより所定の摺動特性を有する環状プレートを介在させ、前記環状プレートの接触面圧を3.0×106Pa以下とし、前記環状プレートの外径を、外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の端部の両対向面のうちでその外径が小さい方の部材の外径以下としたことを特徴とする駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 内周に複列の外側軌道面が形成された外方部材と、一端に車輪取付フランジを有すると共に外周に複列の内側軌道面を有し、ハブ輪と内輪からなる内方部材と、前記外方部材の外側軌道面と内方部材の内側軌道面との間に介装された複列の転動体とを備え、前記ハブ輪の軸孔に等速自在継手の外側継手部材から延びるステム部を圧入してスプライン嵌合させた駆動車輪用軸受装置において、前記外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の端部との対向面間に、表面コーティングにより所定の摺動特性を有する環状プレートを介在させ、前記環状プレートの接触面圧を3.0×106Pa以下とし、前記環状プレートの内径を、外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の端部の両対向面のうちでその内径が大きい方の部材の内径以上としたことを特徴とする駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 内周に複列の外側軌道面が形成された外方部材と、一端に車輪取付フランジを有すると共に外周に複列の内側軌道面を有し、ハブ輪と内輪からなる内方部材と、前記外方部材の外側軌道面と内方部材の内側軌道面との間に介装された複列の転動体とを備え、前記ハブ輪の軸孔に等速自在継手の外側継手部材から延びるステム部を圧入してスプライン嵌合させた駆動車輪用軸受装置において、前記外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の端部との対向面間に、表面コーティングにより所定の摺動特性を有する環状プレートを介在させ、前記環状プレートの接触面圧を3.0×106Pa以下とし、前記環状プレートの外径を、外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の端部の両対向面のうちでその外径が小さい方の部材の外径以下とし、かつ、前記環状プレートの内径を、外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の端部の両対向面のうちでその内径が大きい方の部材の内径以上としたことを特徴とする駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記環状プレートが当接する外側継手部材の肩部あるいは内方部材の端部の少なくとも一方の対向面の平面度を0.1以下、かつ、直角度を0.1以下とした請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ハブ輪の外周面に一対の内輪を嵌合させ、一方の内輪の外周面にアウトボード側の内側軌道面を形成し、他方の内輪の外周面にインボード側の内側軌道面を形成した請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記一方の内側軌道面が形成されたハブ輪の外周面に小径段部を形成し、その小径段部に他方の内側軌道面が形成された内輪を圧入した上でハブ輪の小径段部の端部を加締めた請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
