Claims (4)
- 走行用及び作業用の被駆動体と、
ディーゼルエンジンと、
前記エンジンに軸連結されて駆動されるメインの油圧ポンプと、
この油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動され前記走行用および作業用の被駆動体を駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータと、
キャビン内に設けられ、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの作動を指令する複数の第1操作手段と、
前記キャビン内に設けられ、前記キャビン内の運転席の入口を制限しかつ前記第1操作手段の指令を有効とする第1位置(A)と前記運転席の入口を開放しかつ前記第1操作手段の指令を無効とする第2位置(B)とに選択的に操作されるゲートロックレバーとしての第2操作手段とを有する作業車両に備えられ、
前記エンジンの排気系に配置され、排気ガス中に含まれる粒子状物質を捕集するためのフィルタを含むフィルタ装置と、
前記排気ガスの温度を上昇させ、前記フィルタに堆積した粒子状物質を焼却除去する再生装置とを有する作業車両の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
キャビン内設にけられ、前記再生装置の作動の開始を指示する第3操作手段と、
前記ゲートロックレバーとしての第2操作手段が前記運転席の入口が開放される前記第2位置(B)に操作されて前記第1操作手段の指令を無効としかつ前記第3操作手段が操作されたときに、前記再生装置の作動を開始させる再生制御装置とを備えることを特徴とする作業車両の排気ガス浄化システム。 - 請求項1記載の作業車両の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記再生制御装置は、前記再生装置の作動開始後、前記ゲートロックレバーとしての第2操作手段が運転席の入口を制限する前記第1位置(A)に操作されると前記再生装置の作動を停止させることを特徴とする作業車両の排気ガス浄化システム。 - 請求項1記載の作業車両の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記エンジンの目標回転数を指示する第4操作手段を更に備え、
前記再生制御装置は、前記ゲートロックレバーとしての第2操作手段が前記運転席の入口を開放する前記第2位置(B)に操作され、前記第4操作手段がローアイドルの目標回転数を指示するよう操作されかつ前記第3操作手段が操作されたとき、
前記再生装置の作動を開始させ、かつ前記エンジンの回転数を所定の回転数に制御することを特徴とする作業車両の排気ガス浄化システム。 - 請求項1記載の作業車両の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記フィルタ装置は前記フィルタの上流側に配置された酸化触媒を有し、
前記再生装置は、前記排気ガス中に再生用の燃料を噴射する燃料供給手段と、前記メイン油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動され前記走行用および作業用の被駆動体を駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータとを備えた油圧回路装置に設けられ、前記エンジンに油圧的な負荷をかける油圧負荷生成手段とを有し、
前記再生制御装置は、前記ゲートロックレバーとしての第2操作手段が前記運転席の入口を開放する前記第2位置(B)に操作されかつ前記第3操作手段が操作されたときに、
前記燃料供給手段及び前記油圧負荷生成手段を作動させ、かつ前記エンジンの回転数を所定の回転数に制御することを特徴とする作業車両の排気ガス浄化システム。
