Claims (4)
- 軸線方向に延び、特定ガスの濃度を検出するための検出素子と、
前記検出素子の径方向周囲を取り囲んで保持する主体金具と、
前記主体金具の後端側に取り付けられ、前記検出素子の後端側を取り囲む外筒と、
絶縁セラミックからなり、前記外筒内に配置され、自身の内部に、少なくとも、前記検出素子との電気的な接続を行う複数の導通部材を収容するセパレータと、
を備え、
少なくとも、前記セパレータの表面に、水密性を有するコーティング層が形成されていることを特徴とするガスセンサ。 - 前記コーティング層は、撥水性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記コーティング層は、ガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記検出素子は、後端部に、前記導通部材との電気的な接続を行う電極パッドを有し、
前記セパレータは、さらに、前記検出素子の前記後端部を、内部に収容し、
前記導通部材と前記電極パッドとの電気的な接続は、前記セパレータ内で行われることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のガスセンサ。
