Claims (6)
- 透明基材層と、
前記透明基材層の上に設けられた、酸化物セラミックス、非酸化物セラミックス及び金属からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を主成分として含有する透明多孔質層と、
前記透明多孔質層の上に幾何学パターンにスクリーン印刷された導電性ペーストを、加熱処理して形成された幾何学パターンの導電部とを備え、
前記導電性ペーストは、有機バインダー樹脂、平均粒径系が5nm以上5μm以下の球状の銀である導電粉末及び有機溶剤を含み、
前記導電粉末の含有量は、前記導電性ペーストの全体量の50〜95質量%であり、
前記有機バインダー樹脂は、水酸基を有するポリエステル樹脂、ブロックポリイソシアネート、アクリル樹脂を含む熱硬化性樹脂、可塑剤及びカップリング剤からなることを特徴とする透明導電性シート。 - 前記水酸基を有するポリエステル樹脂は、有機バインダー樹脂の全体量の10〜50質量%であり、前記ブロックポリイソシアネートは、有機バインダー樹脂の全体量の1.0〜15質量%であり、前記アクリル樹脂を含む熱硬化性樹脂は、有機バインダー樹脂の全体量の35〜90質量%であり、前記可塑剤は、有機バインダー樹脂の全体量の1.0〜15質量%であり、前記カップリング剤は、有機バインダー樹脂の全体量の0.5〜2.0質量%である、請求項1に記載の透明導電性シート。
- 前記導電性ペースト中の前記導電粉末は、粒径が異なる2種類の銀粒子を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の透明導電性シート。
- 請求項1に記載の透明導電性シートを含む電磁波シールド材。
- 請求項1に記載の透明導電性シートを電極パターン材に用いたタッチセンサー。
- アクリル樹脂を含むバインダー樹脂に、銀粉末を加え、攪拌混合した後に、ロールミル、ライカイ機、ボールミル、遊星ミル、自公転式混合機からなる群より選ばれる1つ若しくは複合された方法により、混練して高粘度の導電性ペーストを作り、
前記導電性ペーストに水酸基を有するポリエステル樹脂、ブロックポリイソシアネート化合物、可塑剤及びカップリング剤を、ロールミル、ライカイ機、ボールミル、遊星ミル、自公転式混合機からなる群より選ばれる1つ若しくは複合された方法により、混合することを特徴とする、透明導電性シート用の導電性ペーストの製造法。
