Description
Claims (21)
- 可撓性のある駆動手段と装置との間にトルクを伝送するための一方向アイソレータであって、
前記装置の入力シャフトに装着するためのハブであって、少なくとも1つのストップ部材を含むハブと、
前記ハブに回転可能に装着されて、少なくとも1つのストップ部材を含む溝車と、
前記ハブに係合する第1の端と前記溝車に係合する第2の端とを有して前記ハブおよび前記溝車を弾性的に連結するばねと、
を備え、
前記装置から前記可撓性のある駆動手段への第1の方向にトルクが伝送されるときには、前記ハブの前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材が、前記溝車の前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材に当接して、トルクが前記それぞれのストップ部材の係合を通して伝送され、
前記可撓性のある駆動手段から前記装置への第2の方向にトルクが伝送されるときには、前記溝車は前記ハブに対して回転して、前記ハブの前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材が前記溝車の前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材から係合解除することによって、トルクは前記ばねを介して弾性的に伝送される、
一方向アイソレータ。 - 前記アイソレータは、前記ハブの前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材と、前記溝車の前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材と、の間に位置する弾性部材をさらに備える請求項1記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記溝車は、少なくとも1つのベアリングによって前記ハブに回転可能に装着される請求項2記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのベアリングは、ブッシュである請求項3記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記溝車を前記ハブに回転可能に装着するローラーベアリングをさらに備える請求項4記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記ハブは、前記ばねの前記第1の端を受け取る螺旋軌道を有する請求項1記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記溝車は、前記ばねの前記第2の端を受け取る螺旋軌道を有する請求項6記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材は、半径方向に延出する請求項7記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記アイソレータは、前記ハブの前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材と、前記溝車の前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材と、の間に位置する弾性部材をさらに備える請求項8記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材は、軸方向に延出する請求項7記載の一方向アイソ
レータ。 - 前記ストップ部材の少なくとも1つは、弾性材料が塗布される請求項10記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記溝車は、それに結合された面プレートを含み、前記少なくとも1つのストップ部材は前記面プレート上にある請求項11記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記ハブは少なくとも2つのストップ部材を含み、前記溝車は、対応する数のストップ部材を含み、前記ハブの各ストップ部材は、トルクが前記ハブから前記溝車へ伝送されるときに前記溝車のそれぞれのストップ部材に係合する請求項1記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記ハブの各ストップ部材は、トルクが前記溝車から前記ハブへ伝送されるときに、前記溝車の前記それぞれのストップ部材に対して回転する請求項13記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記アイソレータは、前記ハブの前記少なくとも2つのストップ部材と、前記溝車の前記少なくとも2つのストップ部材と、の間に位置する弾性部材をさらに備える請求項14記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記ハブは、前記ばねの前記第1の端を受け取る螺旋軌道を有し、前記溝車は、前記ばねの前記第2の端を受け取る螺旋軌道を有する請求項15記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのストップ部材は、弾性材料が塗布される請求項14記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記ハブは、前記ばねの前記第1の端を受け取る螺旋軌道を有し、前記溝車は、前記ばねの前記第2の端を受け取る螺旋軌道を有する請求項17記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記溝車は、それに結合された面プレートを含み、前記少なくとも2つのストップ部材は前記面プレートで半径方向に延出する請求項18記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記ハブは、締まり嵌めで前記装置の入力シャフトを受け取るように構成された円錐部分を有する請求項19記載の一方向アイソレータ。
- 前記溝車は、ブッシュによって前記ハブに回転可能に装着される請求項20記載の一方向アイソレータ。
